Specialties
I'm a former insurance-defense attorney. For nearly two decades I defended insurance companies and some of the world's largest corporations, so I know how they value your injury and how they build a case to pay you less. Now I use that experience for injured people across Florida. Galimidi Law handles car, truck, Uber/Lyft, motorcycle, bicycle, pedestrian, bus, boat, and aviation accidents, dog bites, slip-and-fall, short-term rental, product-liability, bad-faith insurance, funeral-home negligence, and wrongful-death claims in Miami and across Florida, including out-of-state and Canadian visitors. You work directly with me, a senior trial attorney, not a case manager. Calls answered 24/7. Free case review, and no fees or costs unless we recover for you. Hablamos Español.
History
Established in 2022.
Galimidi Law opened in 2022 in downtown Miami after Emanuel Galimidi spent nearly two decades on the other side of injury cases, defending insurance companies and some of the world's largest corporations, including leading a product-liability defense practice. He saw, from the inside, how claims are valued, delayed, and denied, and decided to use that knowledge for injured people instead. The firm was built on one idea: the client works directly with a senior trial attorney, not a case manager. Today the firm represents injured people and families across Florida, including out-of-state and Canadian visitors, in English and Spanish.
Meet the Business Owner: Emanuel G.
I spent nearly two decades as an insurance-defense attorney. I sat in the rooms where claims get valued and where the strategy to pay injured people less gets planned. Eventually I couldn't keep doing that work, so I switched sides. Now I use everything I learned to fight for the people I used to fight against. When you call Galimidi Law you talk to me, not a case manager, and I answer 24/7. I handle every case personally, in English or Spanish, anywhere in Florida. Tell me what happened, and I'll tell you what I think your case is worth and how I'd fight it.
