Yesterday, I stopped there around noon, stepped out of my car into what I thought was a puddle of water, but turned out to be a puddle of gas. My shoes were soaked in gas. I reported this to the cashier, and he said there was nothing he could do about it. I am concerned that there was no awareness on the station's part for safety , and also am pretty annoyed that after soaking and washing my shoes, they still smell like gas. I tried to call and talk to the manager today, but the call was not answered.

No doors into the restrooms there are two rows of stalls and sinks in the ladies room. (I am told men's room has two rows with a mix of urinals and stalls) Toilet, sink and hand dryer are automated. When employees would try to make complaints to BCN their hr department the general manager would then fire them for making complaints against her.
