It is fairly easy to find friends here because people here are a lot more open. They make the college experience enjoyable, instead of feeling like you are just going to school for an education and that's it. You can find some life-long friends here because everyone doesn't have a high school friend that follow you around--people actually want to find different people who share the same interests as you. The professors here are a lot better than South (I'm not saying South doesn't have good professors) I've taken many classes here that ratemyprofessor.com reviews were greater. The student center is actually revolved around the students and their needs. They have a huge cafeteria that serves fast food and homemade food. The bookstore is Barnes and Noble and Starbucks--usually they have textbooks that South or North campus doesn't have. There's a certain area with lounge chairs, and a huge flat screen tv specifically for relaxing and getting your mind off of your classes. They have a lot more clubs here that fits any interest you may have. The gym is huge and has a mildew smell to it--I don't know maybe because it its an old building or so. They have recreational sports where you can meet new people and revolved around having fun. Also, cardio and weight rooms for exercise This campus has so many resources that South doesn't have. It is because this was the first campus built because this is the Main campus.

With that said, nearly every course has options for the following: Easy A Challenging and expert In class, online and hybrid Day, evening or weekend Admission was fast and easy. The support staff are mostly students and their lack of job experience and training is apparent. Thankfully the janitorial staff is professional so toilets are always spotless. Very important for an institution of higher learning. I personally have the best ideas while sitting on the throne. I'm just sayin.....

After 2 months of my son being taught the same objectives, I got some results stating that he scored 6 questions better in math and 2 questions worse in reading than he did on his baseline test when he first enrolled. There was no explanation about why he scored the way he did and also no reassurance on a plan for his future objectives. That's when we decided to withdraw him. Tushar Kumar, the director, who was nowhere to be seen the entire 2 months while my son was enrolled, suddenly wanted to meet with us to convince us to stay. After several refusals, he finally relented. However, he stalled for several weeks before actually sending us a refund of the unused hours. Then when we finally got the check, he said he took out $250 as an early withdrawal fee. This fee is nowhere in the contract I signed so I consider that money stolen and I told him so. At that point, he demanded the check to be returned because he was insulted. I will be taking this business to small claims court. If you care about your child's learning, I urge you to take your child somewhere else. And Tushar, if you try to dispute this claim, I will update this post with a picture of the contract as well as all of our email communications over the last few weeks.

In 2 months we have seen growth far beyond what we expected. We were concerned our son would be upset about the amount of time he spends at Huntington, but the instructors invest in him and he feels valued, making it a positive experience that he has come to enjoy. Our investment, both in term of time and money, seemed significant at first. However, after seeing just the early results, I cannot think of a single thing we have invested in with a better return. We've participated in the first summer of academic enrichment classes and my four-year-old son, David, has taken classes in art, science, reading, and math.
