Now, TWO MONTHS LATER, I am informed that there was supposed to be a purchase limit on the order and they are refunding the majority of my purchase (over $1200). No where on their site when I purchased did it say anything about a limit. I'm all for limits when it comes to Pokemon, but when none is listed I expect to be able to purchase what I want. But, my issue is that they took over TWO MONTHS to inform me and process a refund. So, for TWO MONTHS I could have been using this $1200 for purchasing elsewhere, but instead Galactic took an interest free loan from me to use how they wished and then sent an email saying "oops, our bad." This is unethical and a very shady business practice. I will never shop with Galactic again. Let me be perfectly clear - had they contacted me within say, a week, I would have been absolutely fine with the limit and receiving a refund, but waiting TWO MONTHS until the product is out and I cannot find it anymore at this or a comparable price is dirty. Congrats Galactic - you are officially the worst LCS that I've ever dealt with.
