This is a children's play place, which can be hired for parties. We went to a party for the first…read moretime recently and it was good fun! The usual soft play equipment is available for the kids, and there's a separate room for party food. The food is the usual kids party fare (not healthy!!) but they guy who works there is a lot of fun, makes it enjoyable for the children and runs some games for them. Nice that you can hire it privately for one party as other play places tend to get overrun and very noisy.

It's free and there are many paintings and pieces from local artists. The York & Lancaster Regimental Museum is housed in the same space. The staff and friendly and it's in a good location near the bus station.
