There were no clear policies for cancellation. Everything was done by phone. When this company discovered my review they posted pictures of my home in a threatening manner on all 4 sides including the background. I believe this was done in a threatening manner to intimidate me since I had cancelled the work 24 hours before so there was no reason to come to my home. Stay away!!!

These folks your lawn tool weeks on end, charge almost as much to repair it did to purchase it and then finally they were nasty about it. Much to my surprise, Crosby Lawn and Power was none of those. I brought my zero turn lawn mower in, it was ready when promised ( very quick given the time of year) and charge me an extremely reasonable price. And oh by the way while it was in the shop they tighten a few bolts unrelated to the repair and replaced a $2.99 filter that I had overlooked when I did my own maintenance. The experience couldn't have been better.
