this place is absolutely filthy!! when I went into store man at desk seemed irritated that I was there. I asked if the nail tools had been cleaned as the sponge was clearly used and tools were thrown in a metal box ..... he said, "oh we clean" but as I observed when the lady next to me everything he had used on her was throw back into the metal box ! the technician never rubbed my feet ! bizarre and I would never recommend going here !! Did not have an appointment. They took me right in. The guy who did my feet was friendly and he did a good job painting them. Service was very quick for the price $61. Was not noisy like other places, was clean. read more

Very first time at Gaffney Nails, it was excellent and I was so happy to find someone to do my nails. Second time not so much - not sure if he was in a hurry or having a bad day or just didn't care. Third time he said to sit in someone else's chair (even though I made an appointment with him) This time the person was not great - I asked for something specific but she didn't pay attention to what I had requested and the product used may have been old or something else because in a few days or so it was discolored- at first I thought my hands were dirty but no... it was the product that discolored... not happy - won't be going back. Too bad because it was so conveniently located and reasonably priced. While the price was great, the quality was not. read more

I went to this salon on my way home yesterday not my normal salon but was very nice said yes they would see me without appt for gel polish change they said 30minutes but was taken back after 15min wait. the nail tech asked if I wanted manicure I said sure this lady was so rough on my nails & very rushed it took her 13mins from the time I sat in the chair. wouldn't let my nails stay under curing light long needless to say this is how I woke up this morning with my nails looking worse than when I went in yesterday. after paying 31$ plus 5$ tip (I will tip for services even if it wasn't great) I will not return to this salon and hope that other customers don't get treated like this read more

Not sanitary-no protective cover in pedi bowl, no one changed their tools. Makes appointments but doesn't honor it. Only 2 people out of the 8 workers spoke-arguing with multiple customers. I had one person prep my nails and a second paint them...suspicious. Nails itself-uneven consistency, charge an extra "design fee" for a very simple design on only the ring ring fingers, charged an extra fee for trimming my toe nails. Not worth it. read more

This place was very clean and neat. The people were extremely friendly. They did an awesome job on our nails. The pedicure was one of the best I've had. One of the ladies was incredible at doing designs and did a great design on my daughter's toes. I would definitely come here again. read more

Not impressed. $42 for a "deluxe pedicure". Did not cut nails, (I run...need them short). Minimal work on cuticles, short massage. Mainly a bit of cream, feet in a plastic bag for paraffin, came back a bit later-polished and sent me on my way. I did feel better about what I spent when I saw the lady next to me get a regular pedicure...$38 and done in 15 minutes. Don't waste your money. read more

I originally had an appointment for myself and 2 friends at a different salon and we were treated so badly upon arriving that we left immediately. Thankfully we ended up at Gaffney Nails where the nail technician was especially friendly, patient, and welcoming to us. Our nails look great too! read more

The most horrible experience I've ever had with a nail salon EVER! I walked in and wasn't greeted very well to begin with. Waited nearly 30mins before being sat in a chair (only two people were working) I wasn't paying attention when asked to be seated in a salon chair and the woman said "you come sit now" I found that a little rude and had a bad feeling and should have walked out right there. Once more I waited about 30mins to have someone start on my nails. As I sat there I watched how they ran the place and one woman there was complaining how her nails were done and once again I shoulda walked out. Finally once they got started on my nails she was so rough on my nails and cuticles they started bleeding and this was even before the drill sadly to say. Instead of putting oil on my nails and pushing the cuticle back she used the drill to "cut" them and made every single one of my fingers bleed. This was the most painful experience I've ever had! I don't understand why she made me bleed. I can't understand one finger maybe even two but all of them?!? As she applied the acrylic it was so messing and looked absolutely horrible. Once again after applying that the file came again and made me bleed even more and I had to ask her to stop!! The nail painting wasn't much better it looked like a 2yr old painted my nails! The worse experience ever and the biggest waste of money ever read more
