From tea, to skin care, vitamins, snacks, frozen foods, drinks, and baking needs...but in small amounts. The couple who run the shop are friendly and hard working. While It's Only Natural has many positive qualities, it has two major downsides. For one thing this place is small. Should more than four people come in to shop they'll be bumping into eachother. And the prices (in my opinion) range from reasonable to expensive, but considering the shop is in Bellport Village this is to be expected.

If you are having a dinner party they have a lot of premade platters and bakery items. The offer all the good brands and usually offer similar items at cheaper prices if you buy their brands. The always have promos for their memberships on Groupon, living social or via mail postings. They have a HUGE parking lot. They are right off sunrise highway so if your heading out east it's an easy pit stop. Last but not least ..., THEY HAVE DUNKIN DONUTS NOW! They also had santizer in the entry lobby and upon leaving. First thing that caught my attention was the bright lighting and vibrate colors of the fruits, vegetables and flowers. Everything was quality fresh and very reasonably priced. After returning home i had a salad and fruit. I was extremely pleased with everything i purchased. My husband was very happy to see the large variety of fresh specialty breads and help yourself slicer. Fast foward to the meat section. The bright lighting really showed off the fresh meat and fish selection and prices were amazing. They also have many frozen food options . In addition to food, milk, eggs, can and dry products there is a household section. I purchased a non-stick frying pan which i already used and was very pleased. LiDL had a nice selection of clothes, decorations, towels, hygiene, health care items and so on and so on. The personable staff was plentiful and very willing to help find items and answer questions. Check out was fast and smooth. Bottom line is I was very impressed with this bright clean quality store. I wish LiDL the best and continue to be sucessful in serving the community for many years to come!

The fruits and vegetables are very fresh, the drinks they offer are delicious, and they also have small gifts such as painted mason jars and wine glasses. My favourite is the daughter's own gluten free cookies! I have to be gluten and corn free due to having both Aspergers and Tourettes Syndromes, so finding food safe for me to eat in fairly isolated locations is difficult. I appreciate being able to get off the bus, walk to the farm stand, and buy a package of the Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Crinkle, or Sugar cookies, along with a few of their carrots or apples and string beans and potatoes, before I go for a walk through the woods down the road. Whatever I don't eat (most of the time the cookies do NOT make it home!) on my hike, I bring home and cook for dinner. I highly recommend!

However, I was honestly shocked by the prices at Deer Run. I originally went to Deer Run because I know Fink's Farm uses them to sell vegetables, but I was surprised to discover that Fink's was significantly less expensive. I purchased two cauliflower, two zucchini, one broccoli, and one celery, and my total came to $35. I completely understand that running a farm comes with expenses, but these prices are simply too high, especially for a farm that grows its own produce. As much as I love fresh vegetables and supporting local farms, I can purchase the same quality produce at Fink's for nearly half the price. I'm sorry, but unfortunately, I won't be returning. I truly want to support local farms, but the prices need to be reasonable for customers to continue coming back.
