Been going there for 10 years so we figured ok. They took the card and charged 152 dollars without our consent, when asked why, they said there is a remaining balance from my previous visit. Upset how they went about it instead of being honest and upfront about it they did it in a very shady way. I called my insurance and was told there was no remaining balance and it sounds as they are charging you as an out of network patient to make up the difference. Really unethical what they did

I needed an extraction, sinus lift, bone graft and implant…read more I was very nervous for the procedures, but Dr. Weber and his staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I tend to be a very anxious patient who's filled with never-ending questions. Dr. Weber explained the entire process to me every step of the way. He showed me x-rays and explained everything that was necessary, why it was, and how it would be performed. He was very patient (and willing) to answer my many questions throughout the journey. I chose to be sedated for the procedure and even the anesthesiologist he works with was excellent. When I awoke, I was greeted with the excellent news that he was able to perform all the procedures AND place the implant simultaneously! Post-op, I was surprised at how minimal my discomfort, pain and swelling were (I didn't even need over-the-counter pain medication!) I'm glad I found Dr. Weber and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs oral surgery.

We got here about an hour early & it says they open at 9am however staff didn't start to arrive til 9:30am. My mother & I were first, however another person came about 9:45 & his appointment was at 9:30. Once we were able to go in, a couple more people started to come & we were wondering "what time is their appointment" because my mother's was at 10am. I heard a woman who came in say her appointment was also at 10 & there is only one dentist at this office to my knowledge, so they double book appointments, which I'm not really a fan of. My mother also informed me that if you cancel your appointment within 24hrs there is a $100 charge, which I'm not a fan of that either. With life happening in this new world we live in with Covid existing, I just feel some grace should be given. I won't be coming here for services for those reasons. The staff was polite & professional which is always appreciated, but they should be getting there on time or change the opening hours as well as don't double book.
