I guess three times is not a charm…read more.. If you have a lot of time to waste, this is the perfect doctors office for you Approximately a year and a half ago I had to leave because they were running an hour and 20 minutes behind. I left and came back because I live close. My last appointment I waited 45 minutes to get in to see the doctor when I set this appointment for today . I specifically set the first thing morning appointment not to wait... after one hour and very busy waiting room told the young lady on the front desk, I am leaving please refund my co-pay. No one is yet to call me to apologize. Why does a doctor think his time is more important than my time When I got Too the doctors office I saw the doctor I seen him behind the front desk. I was like man this is good. I'm gonna get in and out. Wow, was I wrong? If you're someone who values your time, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this office. I first had to leave a year and a half ago because they were running over an 1 1/2 hours behind . I left, but since I live nearby, I gave them a third chance. Fast forward to my most recent appointment, where I scheduled the very first appointment of the day to avoid waiting. What a mistake. After waiting exactly 1 hour, and seeing no sign of the doctor, I had enough. I told the receptionist I was leaving and requested a refund of my co-pay. Still haven't heard from anyone not even a phone call and email a text apology.
