Since shop has my info already, It started the purchasing process right away with out having to fill anything out. By the time I noticed, I couldn't stop the process. Within seven minutes of the process, I sent an email to the company and then found on their website that they had a 24/7 text so I did that right away explaining what happened and if I could please have a refund. Shortly after I received a text back stating to text back Monday morning and remind him. So that's what I did. I texted him back Monday morning, reminding him for the refund. A couple hours later, I received a text back stating he would get it done later in the afternoon once he gets to computer. A few hours after that, I received an email stating I was refunded 838.60, but I was charged 1,163.13. So I contacted him back through text and email just to confirm, I was going to get the 1,163.13 that I was charged because the email showed 838.60. He then send me his cancelation policy that they keep 30%. Maybe it's only my opinion but for a simple mistake that I replied to within minutes to cancel and to keep 30%. I think that is a little ridiculous that I lose $349 for that.

The owner and the shop attendant were super helpful and shared a little bit more about their space. I really enjoyed hearing about the custom signs that they make in house and perhaps I'll pick one up in the future!
