Leon and I agreed to having all the floors cleaned. I was convinced I needed new carpets but I was so mistaken. Leon made our carpets look like new. The tile floors were left looking like new too. Leon applied grout cleaner and managed to get everything to look amazing. I walked into the kitchen at one point to find Leon flat on his belly cleaning all of the baseboards. He's a perfectionist and a professional. He always aims to satisfy and make his customers happy. I'm one happy customer and by the looks of all of his reviews, there are lots of happy customers in our valley. Excellent, Reliable and Reasonable…read more We contracted Extreme Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets and sofas in our home in Visalia. We could not have been more satisfied with the outcome. After the cleaning, the carpet and sofas looked great - I'd almost say brand new but after 18 years of use, let's say they gave them new life - what a difference. Gustavo was extremely professional and explained the process. We've dealt with many contractors in Visalia and for the most part, it's been a very disappoint process - mediocre quality and/or unnecessarily pricey. Happily, these guys are great value - high quality and fairly priced. We highly recommend Extreme Carpet Cleaning and would definitely use them again!

The technician assured me they could properly clean and deodorize the rug, which led me to believe it would be treated professionally at their shop. The odor was still present afterward, and I feel the service provided did not match what was promised. I wish they had been honest upfront about what they could or could not do instead of giving unrealistic expectations. Very disappointed with the experience.
