Excellent, Reliable and Reasonable We contracted Extreme Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets and sofas in our home in Visalia. We could not have been more satisfied with the outcome. After the cleaning, the carpet and sofas looked great - I'd almost say brand new but after 18 years of use, let's say they gave them new life - what a difference. Gustavo was extremely professional and explained the process. We've dealt with many contractors in Visalia and for the most part, it's been a very disappoint process - mediocre quality and/or unnecessarily pricey. Gus does a great job! Very professional and prompt. Their goal is to do a great job without eating up a ton of time. Plus the price is very decent compared to other carpet cleaners in the area. We usually only need specific high traffic areas cleaned. But for an entire house carpet deep clean Gus will make sure it looks great. We had used his services 5 times in the past, always did a geat job. However, this last time we also had our kitchenmfloor tile cleaned. One of his workers wws doing the cleaning and hitt our brand new refriverator with the handle, notnonc3, but 3 times. Scheduled an in-home time for an estimate on carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. No show and no call from this company. It is extremely unprofessional to not provide the common courtesy of a phone call. I made a request for services online and they were able to contact me directly by phone to schedule the appointment; therefore there is no reason why they did not have the ability to call to cancel or reschedule. read more

I have used extreme clean in the past and have never had an issue; However, This last time was horrible. The machine kept breaking and Gustavo asked me for money to fix the air filter. My carpets do not look any cleaner than before. They actually look worse and feel grimy. The house did not have a clean smell. I am left to believe that Gustavo did not use any solution and only used water. Portions of the carpet took days to dry because his machine was not working well enough to extract enough water (now I have to worry about mold growing). The process of wetting my carpet and only extract 1/2 the amount of water needed, took ALL day and $300. Such a waste of time and money. I have tried to call and email Gustavo and have not heard back. Oh, and he knocked a chip of drywall off on the hallway corner. He said he would fix it and I haven't heard back about that either. Their service is excellent. They were very friendly, helpful and punctual. They did a great job cleaning our carpets that had been severely abused by children and dogs. We have white carpet and have had another company come and clean our carpets before. I am glad I contacted Extreme carpet cleaning they did a wonderful job for a decent price. Our carpets look brand new and they are very nice people. Highly recommend to everyone. By far did the best job we have ever seen on our white carpets. This is a 5 STAR Company. Gustalvo (Gus) and his Partner did an outstanding job cleaning my Mom's carpet in Visalia. There were pet stains all over the house. I was amazed when they were done, the carpet looked like new. Some of the stains were old, some new. I wish they were in the Bay Area where I live. They both worked up a sweat and were there 3 hours. Nice man but very Unprofessional! Arrived 1 1/2 late the first time and couldn't finish! Told me he'd come back at 11 two days later but called at 12 saying he was 30 minutes away so again 1 1/2 hours late! Offered me a refund but at this point I was angry and said not to bother!!! The price was extremely expensive as well!!! Better to just buy brand new carpet!!! read more

Gustavo was recommended by friends who have their carpets cleaned regularly. I am extremely pleased with my experience with this business. He called me back promptly, scheduled an appt within a week from our conversation, called before arriving to my house and arrived on time. He did an amazing job cleaning my carpets and time floors. We have 3 dogs that are in the house a lot and we also have 3 indoor cats so our carpets had several stains and a lot of fur. After cleaning, the stains are gone. Our carpets haven't looked better!
