The gel mani and pedicure were very relaxing but also more quick than other places. I wasn't asked on how I wanted my nails shaped, but they turned out well so that was ok. It's been a couple weeks and they're still there, but about a week ago one of the nails started chipping off. I'm sure that wasn't their fault. Also my pedicure didn't seem to last as long as other places. The nail tech noticed there was definitely something up with the consistency of the polish. Anyway, Anna (Ana?) and the other nail tech were very personable and I felt very comfortable there. The inside is very nice and relaxing. The prices are on par for the area. I plan on returning and hope to make it my 'usual' nail spa.

I call a few days before cruise and learn the service was scheduled for a few hours later. I go to the gym, grocery store, home for a shower, and pop a maximum strength IBUPROFEN. Person at desk tells me about website issue and bathroom in the back. Makes it easier to be nosy and see it's just as clean throughout and no one is screaming their guts outs as a walk the hall. I empty my nervous bladder, wash and baby wipe myself, then tuck my panties in my purse before going back to front. My person greets me and quickly takes me back. I layback and for a minute twitch cause I except to put my feet in stirrups. I'm talked into a yoga move and a few calming touches with a perfectly tempered waxing stripe I'm relaxed. My phone alarm goes off killing the vibe. MY person - we've bonded - asks to pass my purse. I agree and grab my phone out while they continue great service. I was in pain a few seconds that quickly goes away by the time I'm told to turn over and hold my cheeks apart. I felt as good as a new dress with pockets when I'm done and panties roll smoothly back on. I tip my person. I'm in my car when I get another alarm goes off. Somehow I called the last person that called me on WhatsApp and record a video to include the one time that I ooooohhhh shhhhiiittt when hairs were pulled from the root. It was a wonderful time! She does complete measurements of your face for accurate placement for natural eyebrows. Even if you have been having pro waxing and plucking now, if you ever messed up your own brows as a teen or in the past, you may be shocked at how lopsided or unevenly placed your brows have actually become. Its hard to judge that yourself if its subtle. I was shocked how one of my eyebrows was completely misplaced, crazy. I dont know how she fixed it so perfectly but she did. Magically. My brows had also lost volume (im being kid to myself) and I was spending so much time every morning to try to most naturally pencil and shape my eyebrows. Every day. Geez, I am a new person after Renata completed the microblading. I get so many compliments and my eyebrows are perfect and natural and I don't need to do anything to them before going out. I found this place via Instagram and wanted to give them a try for a lash lift. Unfortunately, my lashes did not come out how they are supposed to. If you have never done a lash lift before, your lashes are supposed to have a natural upward curve to them. Mine were straight up (no natural curve and touching my eyelid) and look a little frizzy. I look like my lashes were blown up in the wind and are frozen in place. I have to stay like this for 8-12 weeks. Extremely upset. My bottom lashes (which are not supposed to be touched during this process) look frayed. I contacted the merchant via Instagram, email, and phone. I asked to speak to the owner and they did not call me back or try to speak with me. The esthetician responded to my email saying my lashes were lifted and called saying no refunds will be issued per the contract. I'm more upset at the lack of professionalism from the owner. I thought with all the great reviews provided on Yelp, I would at least receive a call regarding my disservice to at least fix my lashes or hear my concerns. I would not recommend this place at all! There are so many businesses doing this procedure that the outcome of lashes is unacceptable.

I liked that they use the self removing wax, meaning there were no strips of cloth used to take off the wax. I have sensitive skin, so I usually fair way better with this system. After the wax was done, I wasn't super happy with the results. She missed a lot of the hair on the top of my brow, and she colored them (didn't know that was a part of) way too dark.
