He don't do contracts he does estimates so that's the way he steal money so the accountant don't get suspicious. I heard that he didn't complete a project and refused to give the money. if anyone wrote anything good it's either they're a couple or they didn't pay upfront until he compiled the job. He is not an honest fair person. Right now he may not have a license anymore do not trust this scam artist check his background whoever the other people was should have did the same before placing money in his hands. I feel bad for folks he has scammed and took their money not wanting to give their money back for projects he never did. He runs, hide, and ignore. Check the stateboard everyone from now on. This is a red flag.
