I called regarding changing out my electronic lock on our Cannon safe to a manual combination lock…read more I was already told by another locksmith in Longview that it was not possible to do on a Cannon safe, but the owner of Burnett locksmith called me back after I had left a message earlier. He informed me that he could definitely switch the locks out and had done it many times on a Cannon safe, even after I informed him what the locksmith in Longview had said. He came out, looked at the lock and said it could not be done after all. He didn't leave before he charged my almost $300. He said it was a trip charge and one hour labor. Labor??? What, for standing around talking for 30 minutes!!! There should have been no charge since I already told you another locksmith informed me it could not be done on a Cannon safe, but you were the one that said that wasn't true!!! I feel like I was scammed so he could just drive to my house and collect the almost $300 for doing nothing!!! Beware...
