Because of his failing health his house wasn't always taken care of and I don't think the windows had been cleaned since he moved into the home 16 years ago. Steve and his crew worked very hard and did an outstanding job. They were so friendly, I could have visited with them all day. They had even sent me a message the day before confirming the appointment. After their "no show", I called their office and was told that because they couldn't reach me, (which doesn't make since because they had no trouble at all saying that they'll be at my house on the 13th) , that they had rescheduled me for the 20th, which made no sense because I knew I'd be in Frisco on the 20th. She said she'd call me after talking to her boss, or that possibly her boss would call me. Well, neither one happened. It's unfortunate. I had read some good reviews and thought I had found a good company. Guess not.
