He reluctantly agreed to take the shorter route on our neighbor's property, but when he arrived he started to set up in front of our house. It took several attempts and the threat to deny permission to access our property before he finally became civil and did as we asked. The tree which was very tall and difficult to remove came down with only a little damage to our oak, but Josh never acknowledged or apologized for his rude behavior. He was able to remove the trees off of the premises and cleaned up after they had been moved. He did it so fast too. Michael did such a great job, we are hiring him to take down more trees and he also has a Handy Man company, Handy Nam, LLC, which we are bringing him back over for to do some work in the house. His crew showed up around 2:00 PM. They asked my neighbor if they could park in his driveway. My neighbor said yes and gave them further input about our lawn.
