The massage was AMAZING and I was so not ready for it to be over after the hour was up. All the ladies that work there are incredibly nice and told my friend and me about the local area and places to check out. We were even served mimosas after the massage while we were just chit chatting (I'm a sucker for mimosas)! Also, I have to mention the ambiance and look of the spa. It looks high end and very clean, but welcoming at the same time; great combo. I'm planning on going back before I leave. I got a terrible manicure at another place in the area, so when I go back I'm going to get my nails redone. I keep going back because I'm a SAHM and when I get the opportunity to get a pedicure, I take it (ifkyk) For starters, I got my eye brows waxed and tinted. I asked for brown and wanted to just clean up my brows. Instead I received very thin brows and a tint so dark and black that I walked out looking like Mr Magoo. Then, as I was getting my pedicure, the gentlemen was in a rush (they had a long day and it was late, I get it) but he ripped the skin on my big toe so bad that it was painful to even touch. I kept asking him to stop touching it, stop messing with it, just stop. He wouldn't listen until finally I said I was happy to finish with the pedicure part but did not want my toes painted at this time -I had originally asked for a gel pedicure with their NuSkin option($65) that included hot stones and I originally asked for a paraffin was as well. Because of the pain I did not want any heat or wax on the open wound so I cancelled that as well. When I went to pay, I was charged for all of the things I originally asked for (gel pedicure, paraffin, and hot stones) despite not being able to receive them because of the gentlemen's mistake. Again, accidents happen but the fact that I was charged for these services and basically forced to come back or lose out on my money is absolutely ridiculous and has completely stolen my trust in this business. I usually don't leave reviews but when I woke up this morning and saw my brows again and still have pain strong pain in my toe, I decided I would let the public know. If you cancel a service because of their mistakes, be prepared to be charged for them anyways. No one should leave a salon in almost tears.
