There were several seated into our dock and the back portal of our adobe lake-house in Boulder County. It was a hike for them to come north through traffic and get the work completed but even more of a complication...weather. With the work being on the north side, we had to wait though several months of winter snows and likewise spring rains. We paid a fair portion up front but I was not concerned. I was acquainted with their crew while getting an estimate, followed by months of updates to keep us informed as we all waited out for nicer weather. It appeared, as did they and the quality and finished product was spectacular. I know, I know, else where you might have read about a client who had a different experience. That happens but keep reading past the worst because this company really is the best. So incredibly polite and kind, the end product speaks for itself. They had to dig/gut/chisel out the bases, build them back up and stain to match the undamaged part of the logs. Just perfection. I had designed and built this adobe house 20+ years prior, plus a log home back in 1979 that we still own in the mountains. I know a fair bit about working and managing crews. If you are seeking log work, look no farther than this high quality company. We have moved into an era of fly by night companies, workers who fail to show up, and part-timers with absolutely no skills or knowledge in the work they are doing. You won't find that with the professional crew at Colorado Log Enterprises. Get an estimate! You won't be sorry.

They did this with no commitment from me because I wasn't sure when I might actually have the funds to put the cabinets in and complete that area. Time and funds came sooner than later and I of course called Coggin Bros. first. I worked with designer Kerry and cannot thank him enough. He knew my budget and did not try to up-sell me at all. He respected my limits and fine tuned the original design numerous times. He made several trips to the home to measure-modify and just make sure we got it right--and it was!! He found a product that met my needs and ensured it came on time. Coggin Bros. does not do install but have a list of very talented installers they have worked with many times. At the end of the day I got great design help-beautiful cabinets-and great detailed installation done by Doug Raeder all within budget and needed time frame. Thank you Coggin Bros. and Doug. Job well done!

This company is very dishonest. They sold us our kitchen cabinets and we ordered just a plane wood…read morehood for our stove. When the bill came we said we only ordered a hood not the whole exhaust system which they new we had already purchased from Wolf. The estimate was for $4500.00 When we said no way to that price just for the hood they said don't worry we will make the adjustment aftward but you need to pay now for your cabinets or it will take alot longer and we will mess up our scheduling and we will lose or 20% discouunt for paying cash ahead of time. You know the whole sales act stuff people pull but we thought since they were local and lived in our neiborhood we could trust them. The hood and full blower system arrived together which is the $4500.00 assembly and while construction was going on they came into our garage with out permission and took the blower assembly as to cover up there mistake and then told us the price for just the hood was $4500.00. They flat out lied and we gave them every chance to make good on this but they are too dishonest to do the right thing. We could have recieved a copper with gold lace hood for that. Don't trust these people they are not good or honest.

I hired Five Star Cleaning Solutions for an initial home cleaning with the intention of setting up…read morerecurring service, but the lack of punctuality, poor communication, and refusal to take accountability made for an unprofessional experience. Punctuality & Communication: The crew arrived significantly late without any prior notification from management. Because I work from home, I communicated directly with the English-speaking team lead prior to leaving for a one-hour lunch, specifically requesting that my home office be cleaned during that window so it would be available for a scheduled 2:00 PM business call. The lead confirmed this was fine. Upon returning an hour later, the room had just been started. When I requested that they hold off on vacuuming that specific room while my call took place, the crew evidently paused other work and waited over thirty minutes before notifying the owner. Billing Disputes: Following this, the owner, Carmen, contacted me demanding an additional $100 over the agreed quote, attributing the extended time to client delay rather than her team's mismanaged schedule. When I explained that the delay stemmed from the team not completing the agreed-upon room during my absence, as well as an apparent language barrier among the crew, Carmen acknowledged the communication issue. However, she still insisted that I absorb the cost of their downtime, offering only to reduce the extra charge to $50. Cleaning Quality: The standard of work did not justify the initial quote, let alone additional charges. The master bathroom countertops were completely missed initially and had to be pointed out to be redone. Furthermore, immediately after the crew departed, I ran a dry pad across the hardwood floors and collected significant residual dust and debris, requiring two hours of my own time to re-clean the floors properly. Rather than standing behind the service and addressing internal coordination issues, the company attempted to bill for lost time resulting from their own team's delays and missed areas. Due to the lack of operational accountability and inconsistent quality, I cannot recommend this service.

Ride your bike in or parking was free, close in and plentiful. Perfect size to see it all in about an hour or so. Artist booths set up inside and out. They really had some creative and talented artists and we enjoyed the afternoon here. Most of the artists were very friendly, welcoming and happy to share their work. A handful were too busy on their cell phones to notice people trying to ask questions and buy pieces. That's too bad when they took the time and effort to be here but maybe don't have the skill set to "sale". About 5-6 food trucks also set up near tables and a stage with live music. It would have been better if the stage faced a grassy area so people would feel compelled to bring chairs, blankets and hang out but that was not the case. Great day and I look forward to this next year.
