The game coach was a natural at organizing and picking out games for the 16 hyper kids; he was super nice and really liked his job. Reserving was easy via company website with busy and free times showing what's available. The cost was high but well worth it or else the young mob would have trashed my house. I'd recommend G-Factor for Bdays ages 7+. The only improvement: I only wished that they are able to link up to X-Box Live and PS4 Network; this allows for internet based games so that all 16 players would play together in one massive game environment. read more

This was such a cool experience for my son and his friends. Phil was right on time, extremely polite, professional, and set everything up very quickly. My fellow Harry Potter nerds will understand the reference, but it felt like walking into a wizard's camping tent . The outside "looks smaller" but once you walk in the space feels huge! Phil has it set to a very comfortable temperature, it was extremely clean, and he had every game that my 13 year old and his friends asked for. The inside was fully equipped with surround sound, special effect lights, huge tv monitors, music, and the comfortable padded benches were even set up to vibrate with gun shots, explosions, or whatever else was happening with the game. We are slightly outside the area and were more than happy to pay a small additional fee to have him come out to Vacaville. Our local gaming truck had horrible reviews so I knew G-Factor gaming was the way to go. Thank you again Phil! I highly recommend this for an extra special party experience. read more

We got a game truck for my son's birthday and it was amazing! We opted for the extra screens outside where the kids (and big kids!) could play too. Our host was great with the kids and very professional! He came on time and was very clear with the kids on how long it would take to set up, the rules etc. They were so excited and everyone had a great time. I'm glad they got back to me about some game requests that were kind of out of date or unavailable (they had just taken out a game that my kids liked but I guess wasn't too popular) and they had plenty to choose from to keep the kids entertained. We went with the 9:30-11:30 time slot (we were pleasantly surprised they had time that late), the older kids loved being in there by themselves and with the game coach. Awesome Birthday Party. G-Factor is first class all the way. My son's 11th birthday party was a smashing success. The Gaming Setup is awesome with the networked games, lighting effects, comfortable seating and air conditioning on those hot days. Jake, the owner, is awesome with kids and takes the time to accommodate kids of all ages. In our case we had younger kids mixed in with the older kids and they all had a blast. Jake even cares enough to set up the game guidelines prior to showing up so there is no confusion on what games were off limits. We first learned about G-Factor when we saw the truck on the freeway. We have 3 boys who LOVE video games, so out of curiosity I Googled & Yelped G-Factor. After sharing the website with my soon-to-be 10 year old, he was sold on having a G-Factor birthday party. G-Factor IS as good as the Yelp reviews... and then some! Extremely easy to book online. Jake responded immediately to check if I had any questions and to let me know he was shipping out 16 complimentary party invitations-- very cool postcard-style party invitations. Jake followed up 2 days prior to the party to see if I had any questions... he even called the day of the party to let me know they were on the way! The truck showed up 15 minutes early to set up & we started on time. Jake (and Jake!) we're amazing with the kids (14 of them, ages 6-13). The kids never left the truck for the entire 2 hours! All we kept hearing was "this is way cool!!" The 2 large screens outside the trailer accommodated the adults who could not stop raving about how awesome the G-Factor game truck was! They even had Ms. Pacman to accommodate some of us 80's folks! :-) they had a great library of games! Super professional, great with kids, on time, extremely clean (inside & out) and convenient -- they come to you! It can't get any better than that! There is a reason G-Factor has such high ratings on Yelp--they earn them! I had ten rambunctious 8-year old boys over for a party last weekend. They were literally climbing the walls. Then Vincent arrived, ahead of schedule, and happily welcomed them on board a few minutes early. I was impressed at how they listened to him and how patient he was with them. They had plenty of games to choose from and he made sure they all had a great time. As a bonus, I loved the monitor on the outside of the unit. It streamed a video of the activity inside so I didn't have to keep going inside to check on things, I could just check the monitor.
