They have good local knowledge - some of the local estate agents offer their own conveyance using out of town firms but we opted to use our own solicitors for very little extra cost. Their local knowledge came up trumps when they discovered an anomaly with the land rights that could have affected access to our new home. I don't think an out of town firm would have noticed this. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone as they really seem to know what they are doing.
