The staff here are very rude and unhelpful , whoever owns this business needs to get rid of the 2…read moremiserable women who seem to delight in not speaking to you or not even acknowledging you as a customer !! So so rude , my aunt went in today to send a package at the post office , and stood at the counter while the 2 old gas bags totally ignored her and carried on gassing for 4 minutes !! So she turned and walked out . This is not acceptable , will never ever go to this place again .

You can always find what you want as the range is very extensive. The sweets and drinks are slightly higher then your average price though, although they do tend to have special offers such as 4 bars for a £1. It can get quite busy in here on market days and the space is quite tight to move, but the staff are friendly and helpful and service is usually quite swift.

I'm a bit of a stationery freak, so the range that they have in here does excite me in ways that folders probably shouldn't. I've only ever been to the stationery section, unsurprisingly, but I've found it to be quite well stocked with a good selection of stuff in lots of funky patterns. You do pay for the priveledge though, of having a pink polka-dot pen to match your pink polka-dot folders, notepads and everything else under the sun. Often they do 75% off sales which brings the prices down to pretty much what the stuff is actually worth, so look out for these. Staff are pretty faceless, adequate, polite, not too much going on with them. I don't buy often so haven't paid too much attention, but haven't noticed anything particularly good or bad with regards to the service.

Waterfront Express has recently changed hands and has benefited from a complete refit. The new owners have created a quality convenience store and Newsagents. The interior is clean and bright with a well-defined store layout. There is a moderately good range of Wines and spirits, many of which are on some kind of special offer. There are also two chilled cabinets for fresh goods. There is a display of fresh fruit and vegetables, breads and general convenience food and drinks. There is a cigarette counter and you can top up your phone. The staff are friendly.
