I had problems installing it, so I called them. Again, a friendly woman offered help, and an iphone picture of the device sent to her private email account quickly resolved the situation. If you try google to find a pharmacy in Berlin that exists and is open on Sunday you only have a 20% chance of success. I found Medios on the 6th try. Google phamacy listings for Berlin are pretty much 80% inaccurate. Staff here are very nice, speak english and will do their best to help you. I needed a decongestant and they fixed me right up. Enjoying clear sinuses thanks to Medios. Highly recommend.
