THE "LADY" FROM THIS APOTHEKE IS NOW WRITING ME ON LINKEDIN (Screenshot), TO MAKE FUN OF MY FRIEND AND ACCUSING US OF FAKING DOCUMENTS?
Two weeks ago I wrote a review because of a situation I had in this Apotheke as described below. In any case (like I said on my previous review) I can understand a respectful rejection, but NOT after an interruption without listening to what I wanted to say, with a "I don't care, then go to the other Apotheke" and proceeding to whistling us out like dogs. Now the "lady" proceeded to look for my name in LinkedIn to write me a message, to make fun of someone with a mental condition and accuse us of faking documents... is that the quality of employees and "professionals" this Apotheke has?
P.S
At the end of the original incident, I screamed to the "lady" to respect us, that she must at least listen to what I had to say but she just continued "whistling" us out. I said "Oh, du Schl@%&" while leaving the place but I don't see how that justifies her attitude before everything, considering before being whistled out, I was calm looking for alternatives and that my insult was LITERALLY the last word of the incident.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I had visitors from Spain during the holidays and one of them has a condition, we needed URGENTLY a medicine to which her doctor had sent the prescription over email since a physical copy would take some time to arrive, so we printed and went there.
The young "lady" with an already displeasing attitude didn't accept it at first, so I wanted to ask about any option like what they did in Hauptbahnhof (the other Apotheke open at the moment) that they called the doctor and asked for an emailed version of the prescription sent directly to the Apotheke, sadly in Hauptbahnhof they didn't have the precise medicine but at least they tried to solve our issue.
So I started to offer the option to the "lady" as in "Something we could do, like we tried in the other Apotheke was..." but the "lady" just interrupts me and tells me "I don't care, go to the other Apotheke then" and whistles while pointing the door as directing a dog out.
I understand that a professional needs to say "no" sometimes, but at least try to find solutions (even if its not reached) and by all means, being such an inconsiderate being to someone who is suffering a condition is just unacceptable... I hope nobody has to deal with a "lady" like that, needing a medicine and being "whistle out" like an animal read more
