Denmark, mostly has low cost supermarkets with really low quality food. However, Fotex, is one of the best and only supermarket chains left that sells high quality, fresh foods. This Fotex is very popular in Haderslev, and has a relatively small car park in front of it. The best foods in this store, are the in-house breads, prepared and cooked meats, and the fruit and vegetables, which are vastly better than any other supermarket in Jutland. There is also a separate clothes department to the food/household store, its own cafe/restaurant and a mobile company sales stand. The store is well organised, and easy to find everything, although usually there is a few minutes wait at the tills. read more
