When I called at 17:20 to ask if everything was going as planned I got an annoyed answer that the taxi was on its way. It arrived at 17:45 and still needed to pick up 3 other people before it could leave to Hamburg. I called again to say that I was going to miss my flight if we needed to drive around Kiel picking up people, so the KielExx lady arranged me a private vehicle which arrived 7 minutes after I got out of the first taxi. I finally got to Hamburg airport at 19:00 and I would have for sure missed my flight were it not that I was extremely lucky that my flight was delayed by one hour. KielExx: never again!

I received no phone call and when I called half an hour after the scheduled time was told that the taxi was on its way. The taxi arrived at 16:30, one hour late. I lost my flight and was left with a bill of 300 euros for rebooking. plus 39 euros they still charged me for an awful service. Avoid like the plague.

Unhelpful, unfriendly, nasty, condescending, displayed "attitude". I asked one for directions...not understanding her accent, I asked her to repeat a second and third time. She just walked away, rolling her eyes. The men at the front desk were more helpful, though. If you get there early, before your room is ready, they will not allow you to use the hotel WiFi. Similarly, they do not allow people not staying at the hotel to use their WiFi, which is different than every other hotel I have ever been to in Europe. Convenient to train station though.
