My doctor said this place is used my athletes and there are at least two levels of gym and consultant rooms. I've had two different physios for a knee issue and both were energetic, pleasant, knowledgeable and also looked like personal trainers. If you have therapy here you can use the gym after but this is also a gym you can get a membership too. I saw a gym with a knee cast on a mobility table being moved around assisted before starting his work out program in the gym and it all looked very professional and knowledgeable. Your therapist can also write you a gym problem depending on your issues due to this personal trainer/physio set up. They also have other services offered through this centre such as nutrition and other coaching. I was very pleasantly surprised and they have appointments from 8:00-22:00 so a busy working week is no excuse to miss your session.

I love the fact that I can go multiple times in a year and it's covered by insurance. Dorus does manual adjustments similar to my chiropractor but yet a little different. All I know is, he relieves any pain I'm experiencing and it's always nice to be helped by him, as he's very friendly and he's a great communicator who tells me what and why he's doing the adjustments he's doing. Highly recommended for neck, shoulder and back pain..Although, I wouldn't doubt he's great at relieving pain in other areas of the body as well.

Mijn ervaring met DieetPlaneet begon negatief, omdat ik een no-show factuur ontving nadat ik mijn…read moreafspraak op tijd had geannuleerd. De situatie leek de goede kant op te gaan toen Mara, mede-eigenaar van DieetPlaneet, zich vriendelijk en behulpzaam opstelde en uit coulance aanbood om de onterecht verstuurde factuur te crediteren. Dit gaf mij het gevoel dat er werd geluisterd en meegedacht. Helaas draaide haar compagnon, Michael Tdlohreg, dit besluit volledig terug. Hij hield strikt vast aan interne richtlijnen en toonde weinig empathie. Wat de ervaring extra wrang maakte, was dat er in de communicatie werd verwezen naar de inhoud van een eerder telefoongesprek. Dit wekte de indruk dat gesprekken worden opgenomen zonder expliciete toestemming -- wat serieuze vragen oproept over privacy en de naleving van de AVG. Volgens Michael gebeurt dit op basis van "kwaliteits-, trainings- en klachtbehandeling doeleinden". Toen ik later opnieuw belde om dit te controleren, bleek echter dat het woord klachtbehandeling in de standaardmelding helemaal niet werd genoemd. Het verschil in benadering tussen Mara en Michael is schrijnend. Waar Mara klantgericht en oplossingsgericht handelt, maakte Michael met zijn formele en defensieve toon de situatie juist lastiger. Het werd zelfs erger toen hij nadrukkelijk aangaf -- en ik citeer: "Tegelijkertijd willen we u erop wijzen dat het publiceren van feitelijk onjuiste of ongefundeerde aantijgingen - bijvoorbeeld via Google of Yelp - onder omstandigheden als smaad of laster kan worden aangemerkt." Een dergelijke juridische benadering in plaats van dialoog komt op mij onnodig intimiderend over en heeft mijn vertrouwen in DieetPlaneet helaas verder geschaad.
