Which stops the employer from hiring you. They justify this by saying that you displayed a Bad Attitude during the hiring process. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.... don't ask any questions about their hiring process, which is what I did! you ask me to put my information in the system again, I ask why what happen to the info I put in a month before, employee states that we updated the system, I said okay, in the conversation is over, so that tells them that I have a bad attitude, although I'm qualified for the job, my attitude is bad. NEVER AGAIN... then I asked them about the email that they sent to the employer, in they said its between them in the employer, in they do not have to give me the information. I spent 4 hours in your office, filling out papers, testing, in drug testing, signing up for direct deposit, in receiving the assignment with a report to work date, So at what point was my attitude Bad....before you hired me or after you hired me.....

There was someone in the office who was on the phone and even made eye contact with me and could see that I was trying to get in but didn't even acknowledge me. So I go back out to my car to wait. It's then that I received a voicemail message saying that my appointment was being canceled because somebody didn't show up who was supposed to interview me. I wasted so much time this morning with this company. They are not close, about a half hour away, which is why I left early because construction is bad and I didn't want to chance being late. This company needs to get their act together. There is no way on Earth that I would trust this company to help me find a job after what they showed me this morning.

We were very wary of home care businesses since we had heard some of them had bad reputations, so I researched thoroughly before hiring Brightstar. They have done everything that they promised from day one. And I have requested a myriad of changes and additions and they have all been done immediately. I can't tell you how much I have depended on them for mom's care, especially since we're not there in person. And I do know that they have done everything that they said that they did since we now call mom about 6 times a day. I am now very confident that mom is being taken care of properly and we know she is happy with her new caregivers, since she tells us.

Having childcare at the site of our reception was a lifesaver for some of our friends and family. I would recommend them anytime!
