Her poking and prodding really HURT, whereas with therapists at other practices for different injuries in the past, I've never been made to feel pain, just mild discomfort. Also, a couple hours after I got home, I was experiencing nerve pain, tingling, and numbness, different from what I was being treated for and in a different area. I know therapy can cause soreness, but I didn't expect any new problems to occur. I also didn't appreciate the brusque attitude I got when I asked about any physical activity I could do and got total side-eye and a somewhat rude comeback. All in all, though it seems like they know what they're doing, I'd rather go somewhere with more professional staff that looks a bit less like a run-down hospital ward. Two stars for being knowledgable. I won't be returning.

Mary and Alexis thoroughly assessed the situation by doing a running analysis, observing me doing various exercises, and taking the time to listen to me describe what was going on. They gave me advice and exercises to improve my running form. After a few weeks of following their advice, there is a noticeable improvement in my running form and my Achilles pain is less frequent. Mary and Alexis were great. I am glad I chose True Sports for physical therapy and would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their running form to prevent injury.

As I was not using my credit card to pay my co-pay, I did not fill out this form. the Administrative Assistant told me that I would not receive service unless they were given my credit card information. As I did not feel comfortable with this (no one can REQUIRE you to give them your credit card info.), I was told (based on a conversation the Administrative Assistant had with Dr. Spier), that either a) I give them my credit card info. or b) pay the entire bill in full as if I did not have insurance. I immediately left and reported this matter to the Better Business Bureau. This is what you can expect.

(ATI has multiple locations) They are located in a plaza so there was plenty of parking. I arrived, with pre-filled paperwork and I had a preliminary assessment by Cici. Her assessment was thorough so I decided she would be my specialist. Over the next 6-8 weeks, training has been effective. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The interior is basic but all the equipment you'll need is accessible. Overall, this experience has changed my mind about physical therapy. Initially, I thought PT was a waste of time because you can work out on your own. However, my experience showed me that the workouts and exercises are targeted to your injury and your PT can guide you on activity outside of your normal sessions. If you are looking for a smaller facility that feels like a family with knowledgeable staff, I'd highly recommend ATI.

Tom, the therapist I worked with, was excellent and I would recommend him. However, in nearly a year since I was a patient the billing with Physiotherapy Associates has been a nightmare. Initially, I asked the front desk in Canton how much a session would cost and they did not give a straight answer, although they wanted me to make a "good faith payment." I regularly asked how much I owed and the front desk could only report that my balance was zero. When I ended my treatment, my balance was still zero. Because I had spoken with my insurance about what they would cover prior to beginning treatment, I knew a balance of zero was not correct information. Physiotherapy and Associates did not bill my insurance in a timely manner; this is not a an issue that the local offices deal with but is centralized out of Philly. I attempted to be proactive to keep on top of what I would owe, especially because I knew I would be deducting my medical expenses for the year. My attempts to contact the company brought me only to a voicemail and calls not returned. When I did receive a bill after the first of the year, I contacted the company and was able to be speak to representative they were unhelpful explaining the bill and answering questions regarding what they still needed to bill the insurance. I paid the first bill for $200 + dollars. Then in March I received a second bill for $600+ and I contacted billing because there were repeated dates on the bill and asked for a statement to be sent. Still, I paid the bill. Now, nearly a year after I started treatment I received a third bill and when I attempted to speak to someone about the it, I am directed to voicemail. I have never received a call back from Physiotherapy and Associates. This is clearly yet another example of health care operating opaquely to its own advantage. Look elsewhere for your care.
