The representative (christine or…read morekrystal) was 1 hour 30 mins late and had no mickey shoes, she did no balloon twisting nor entertainment as promised. the face painting she did was horrific, looked more like a 2 year old water color mess, the parents had to wash their kids face. It was a total waste of money. If i didn't have other entertainment lined up, the party would have been ruined. The lady is nice but she had zero clue of her duty. please make sure all your representatives go through some training. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

This was bad news - we had more than 15 kids coming to the party, and it would be a big disappointment if we couldn't have a bouncy house. I was desperately calling different rental companies, trying to find a bouncy house available at the last minute, but not having any luck until I called Gary from Dino Jump. He was friendly, understanding and quick to assist. He also happened to know the area where I live, which made things easier.
