To anyone thinking about renting anything from this company, don't do it! A couple months ago we decided to rent a huge slip and slide for our daughter's high school graduation. We have a huge yard and have never had an opportunity to have a fun summer outdoor party. Since there was a chance it would be hot we decided on a large slip and slide water slide. This company had one that we thought was so cool! It was a splurge (close to $800.00) but our daughter did amazing in school and deserved it. I called and spoke with the company after I received the waiver and contract a few days before the party to make sure what I ordered was what I was expecting. She confirmed it was. I told her we would be available the evening before or the morning of the party if they wanted to set up earlier. The women I spoke with said the crew will probably do that because they have a big event the same day as our party. I then felt comfortable to pay our bill in full which was required and waited for the arrival of the slip and slide. They didn't show up the night before the party so we were anticipating it to show up anytime that Saturday before 1:00. I started to get nervous but assured myself this was a legit company and they should be here any minute, but when 1 o'clock rolled around (party starts at 3:00) and they weren't here yet, I began to worry.I called them and got an answering machine at 1:06. I called back 20 minutes later and someone actually picked up and told me that she did have me on the schedule for an early morning delivery, but they were having issues with the crew that day, and she would have to call me back. When she called me back I was not expecting her to tell me that we WOULD NOT be getting our slip and slide that day. Her entire crew was at the large $20,000 event but they will refund my money. Wait, What?!?!?!!!!! I had 75 people coming that 90° day and my daughter kept asking me all day where her slip and slide was! I told the woman that I don't want refund, I want a slip and slide that I already paid for it in full! How can a company do something like this. Imagine my heart dropping and not understanding how this could possibly happen. I begged and pleaded like an insane person and said we would go pick it up ourselves but were told it was not possible, nobody is there, it wasn't going to happen. I wanted to jump into the phone and strangle this woman! I have never in my life been this angry! My daughter was watching from afar with panic in her face. I felt helpless. No one even called me to tell me there was a mix up!! Don't ever use that company jumping wheelie's! I immediately called a friend who had a party a few weeks before ours to find out who they used, and it was Bounce House Kingdom. I then called them to see if they had anything at all available for that day and I was told they had one 19 foot waterslide left and they could bring it to us within 45 minutes, which they did in 30 minutes!They were extremely kind and great to work with and saved our day! They informed me that I was not the first person to call them with an issue from that Jumpin Wheelies company. They said they usually require more notice but would hate to ruin a kids party day.

His property is vast and offers different outside backdrops, and he has a large indoor studio with different backdrops if needed. We used inside and outside for our pictures. Not only did they work with our budget and give us an amazing rate for the service, they made a custom photo-strip graphic that matched our wedding invites to really put the icing on the cake. The booth was set up discreetly during dinner and opened just in time for drinks and dancing and we honestly couldn't imagine our wedding being such an amazingly fun success without it. Great souvenir and they were able to print out multiple prints (if there are 4 in your party, they print out 4 copies so everyone gets one!) they supplied their own props but I can see how this would be perfect for any party or event, themed or otherwise! There is a timer displayed on the screen (4-sec-count) to get into ready position and you are able to take 4 photos (again, 4 sec in between each frame to change poses/props). As he was making my bouquet, I asked him how much is everything and he did not answer. I asked for 2 number balloons, 1mylar balloon bubble, and 4 plain balloons...once he finished everything, that's when he rang everything up and told me the price. He charged me for 4 balloon bouquets when I ordered only 1.. I asked him if it was truly correct, he said yes and read the receipt aloud for me. I made sure I received a copy! The total for 7 balloons was $75. Complete rip off and not worth $75. We talked about Party City going out of business so I'm almost positive he took advantage of that fact!
