When I was finally able to go to physical therapy, I went to Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy on Farmers Lane. They were the best thing that happened to me since my TKR. Kyle was my physical therapist then and since I have returned He is my PT now. He is most knowledgeable and is such a kind, patient and positive human being. When you are in pain, it is hard to be positive. Kyle is most supportive, empathetic and encouraging. He is always up to date on the most recent advances in PT and healing. He is a master at his craft and genuinely cares about helping people heal, get physically and mentally fit and to live safely in whatever circumstance brings them here. Guy and John are also great Physical Therapists & human beings. Watching them interact with their patients is inspiring. Each and everyone of them are truly good people who are dedicated to their patients safety and healing. In fact, every single staff member from the physical therapists to the administrative staff are all so very nice and diligent at their professions. Anna and Megan in the admin office as well as Karina are all so friendly and helpful. This is such a positive & professional atmosphere. Robin is also a PT whom I occasionally see. She, too is also great with here patients. They have many different types of equipment. It is very clean and you can even continue your workout regimen after your pt is complete for a fee. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy. You just can't go wrong in putting your Trust in these people. Happy Healing!

I had a great and successful experience at this physical therapy clinic. Sarina was friendly and very knowledgeable, and she helped me recover from my shoulder surgery. Plus exercises to keep my shoulder strong. They were all encouraging and educated me along my training. I am now back at the gym and pickleball courts but with caution . Thank you Sarina and staff you did amazing job, friendly and professional !

This place is awesome because the employees are awesome. After having "physical therapy" at a…read moreterrible place pre-op I found this place and decided to try it based on the one yelp review. I called and talked to them and asked a few questions and they were really nice so I went with them and it's been a great experience. I had an ACL repair 7 years ago with no physical therapy afterwards and it took me 3 months to walk without crutches and 1.5-2 years to kneel on it that knee. I just had ACL/meniscus this time, same knee. After a month my knee was strong and I was walking without much of a limp. I'm so happy how well it's going in terms of my strengths, flexibility and mobility. I have been many times now and this place is amazing. What they do does not even compare to the place I went before... I see actual results and improvement every week with their help. Everyone is professional and friendly. The physical therapists are very knowledgable and have been amazing at guiding my recovery. Josh identified my weak areas that support the knee and each visit would change or add exercises based on my weaknesses at the time. I can feel my knee and leg getting stronger as I do the home exercises. Once something is stronger they identify other weaknesses and work on them with you. They build them all up and gradually while telling you how to safely do the exercises. I've seen several other people too and they have all been good. The people at the desk are really nice as well as all the assistants. They get you in on time and are really great with setting appointments up far ahead in advance. I like everyone there. Been writing this update since I started there and it's now been almost five months and I'm still impressed with Josh, my PT there. My recovery is going well in comparison to my previous surgery and it's great to have such an awesome resource.

The therapy feels like a chop shop afterthought. I never left with relief or guidance.read more

Nurses were so helpful and had incredible bedside manner. The front desk people are almost rude. You're dealing with injured people, the least you could do is be nice to them? The actual doctor (Snyder) left much to be desired. He helped me clarify some things about my situation, but became very short with me towards the end of our time and seemed like he didn't want to help me get my X-rays on a disc (super important because I need to go to another provider closer to home), didn't want to give me a sling and it seemed like I had to argue with him to get what I wanted to be comfortable for the long drive I had home. At a certain point he's like "well I don't know where anyone is so you'll just have to hang out back here until everyone who can do all these things for you gets back from lunch". I guess giving me a sling is below doctor duties. But if everyone else is in lunch you can't just get it for me? So rude Weird interaction. This guy acted like I didn't have an appointment set up for a week and a half that I waited for. Don't go to doctors who don't respect your time and don't respect you coming on time for your appt. I certainly wouldn't get operated on with providers here after that interaction. Who knows, they might leave you half fixed because their lunch is getting cold lmao. I'm a firefighter and have done a 32 hour shift without a lunch. Take notes.

His staff seldom answers the phone and certainly never return phone calls. He claimed to have done things during my visit that were not done. The report said that I agreed to surgery when I had not. I even got a follow up letter to schedule the surgery. He only wants to discuss surgery and he minimizes the impact of the procedure.
