They ripped a friend of mine off. She had purchased a computer from them, found out that someone…read morehad already bought her one, so when she went to get her computer from Staples she told them she didn't need it now and wanted her money back. They would not refund her $150, saying they could not give her back money for the computer work they had done. They will turn around and SELL that computer now, making another $150 off the next person for the SAME computer work!!!! What a rip off! I will not shop at Staples again!!!!
