I thought and still think it's corny AF, but upon entering the atmosphere was warm and inviting, the barbers were friendly and engaging. Was there a wait? Is the sky blue? There's always a wait at any barbershop, but the barbers were quick, and efficient. Your cut doesn't feel rushed, but it also doesn't take 1.5 hrs for a cut like other shops I have been to. The theme is cliche and not to my liking but the customer service can't be beat, and I love that. The prices are like $5 more than am used to paying but , I can look pass that. No quality pics this time but I promise to get some better ones next time .

I have very thick asian hair and with the style I have/want it needs to be cut in a specific way- I asked for an area to not be touched at all to let it grow out and eventually go over the parts I asked to be shaved so it'll be thin to touch! but no!! dude went to shape my hair how he thought was best and to his style but that was literally the exact opposite of what I asked for!! albeit the fade he gave me is good but it doesn't excuse that I now have to wait even longer for the top layer to grow out so I can get someone who understands what I want to buzz the bottom layer. Not Returning. Edit: Nahhh I straight up told you not to touch the top of my hair. You're lying through your teeth when you say you did exactly what I asked for. You completely disregarded what I said, and cut hair from the top without even telling me because you just do whatever you want to do. Obviously you don't understand how thick asian hair grows out and you don't listen to the people that come into your shop or take the time to explain what you're going to do.

I was greeted by a very friendly young lady who told me the barbers weren't there yet but one was on the way. While waiting I noticed the shop was clean and orderly with several signs that said "no profanity". He arrived within 5 minutes and I was in Rashaad's (not sure about the spelling) chair about 5 minutes after that. The young lady had told me just before he walked in that he was detail oriented and good. UNDERSTATEMENT! I have been growing a beard for just under a year and been to several barbers throughout Atlanta and thought I had found a good one. Rashaad took it to the next level. It was clean, sharp, and I actually gasped when I looked in the mirror (GASPED!). Now I would have given Celebrity Cutzz 5 stars but the place opens at 8 am and when I got there at 10:15 am no one was on duty. Also, several customers came in looking for specific barbers that weren't there and the young lady didn't know when they would be there and told the customers to call them (I shouldn't have to track you down to get a cut). If you have set hours you need to be there or be by appointment only. So here is the breakdown: Celebrity Cutzz gets 3 stars and Rashaad gets 5 stars so that averages to 4 stars.

When I reached back out he said the policy is 50% and he refused to refund the money. He was rude, unprofessional and said he didn't care about my review. Can't speak on the cuts but the customer service was trash! You didn't explain. You told me to contact the app and that I cancelled within 24 hours... which I didn't. You then asked for screenshots I didn't have. I contacted you the next morning bc I got an email saying to reach back out to you for the refund, to which you still said no. At that point, yeah I told you keep the money because I wasn't going back and forth with you. Like I said... trash.
