Great place. I think it's the best indoor soccer in Bay Area.

Poor management: Do you read your reviews?…read moreYou have several reviews over a period of years from various members complaining about a rude front desk staff person. Apparently, management chooses not to manage that issue. You need some fresh teachers and new classes in the exercise room. Same old boring stuff. Get some actual Mixxed Fit, U-Jam, or other classes with fresh choreography and music. It's like a senior center in there, which would be fine as far as the seniors, but even seniors like to do NEW choreography. At least pre-pandemic when Bob was teaching Zumba, he kept up with new routines. That's why his Monday night class was packed. There was actual choreography.

I've been going here for a few years now and it's awesome! Definitely missed the feeling of…read moreexercising in a community during the pandemic, and the instructors here make the classes well worth it. They are energetic, patient, and fun to learn from. If you prefer using machines, the equipment here is clean and well-maintained, and rarely is there a crowd (though some of the classes seem to have increased in popularity, so go early if you want a good spot), which makes it a nice place to exercise. I've convinced many a friend to come check out their classes too - there's a good variety of weight-training, cardio, dancercize, yoga, and more. The membership is totally worth it, especially if you are a Union City resident. Unlimited exercise classes every month, and there's also open gym for badminton and table tennis open to the public during select hours on weekdays and weekends (which you pay a drop-in fee for).

My son was one of the older kids here who didn't know how to swim, so he was self-conscious, but Pierre's expertise and guidance made him comfortable and allowed him to learn without judgment or fear. It was amazing to see him do several different strokes in just a few months time.

I then texted Coach Angela after she turned 4 yo because she was showing signs of being interested. We were completely ghosted by Coach Angela. I was a former USTA player and I coached in college for my college's camp so I know a thing a two about coaching tennis and good customer service. Whether you have space to take a child in or not, you should always circle back. In the end of the day, everyone is connected and to one another and I'll say this, Euro Tennis is way better with better customer service than here. I grew up learning to play tennis by my dad. All was self taught through him. We weren't a rich family, but we were raised with values that took us far in life. I don't know what values these tennis coaches have here, but I'll say this.. poor customer service doesn't get very far. My ultimate goal was just to get my 4 yo and soon to be 5 yo to just make friends and get to know the sport that I love very much. I suggest all parents to go to Euro Tennis. Better customer service and lots of options. At Euro Tennis, they accept kids of all kinds. They have patience. And their focus is just making sure the kids have fun. At 5-7 yo, the ultimate goal is to have fun and like the sport.
