This is a neat place, the food is always so tasty and so are the coffees. Definitely needs improvement in the service since it took a while for them to come take our order; then the gentleman was nice but once he took a break... his peers forgot about us. I notice the same with the table next to us. It was the same when I visited six month ago. I believe if they improve their service they would definitely get 5 stars since other than that is perfect. Lunes 10 de octubre de 2022 día feriado y nos fuimos a buscar un lugar para desayunar y encontramos este lugar por Google. Ni sabíamos que existía este local pero que diferencia cuando entramos el local y empezamos a deleitar los café!!! Rico. Luego procedimos a pedir nuestro desayuno y realmente nos gustó. Las porciones son grandes y te garantizo que uno se llena y tampoco vas a dejar nada en plato por que está súper bueno. El servicio excelente y el trato. It's a small coffee shop. But will organize. The Host was awesome. She went out of her way to look for us a table with lower seating. Then, we gave the waitress our order. TIME 10:10ish. We got our coffee (black coffee, latte, and a red velvet latte) about 8 minutes later. So far- good services. Then, the hungry kick in it 10:45 am... we waited some more. UNTIL, I decided to ask the waitress about our order. People we waited so long. I am with my mom law, she is 96 yrs old and a 60 and 64 yrs old persons. And we haven't had anything to eat except the coffee that they served us. We asked 2 times about our order and the respond was it will be here soon. I started to get worry. Since other customers that came in were having their food. It was 11: 45 am. So, we asked again. The 2nd waitress went to check. When she came back her replied was that our order NEVER was registered to the cooks and it will take 15 to 20 minutes more if you want it. I SAID to her, WILL WE GET THE FOOD ON THE HOUSE FOR THE BIG ERROR. As a Joke! But She just said NO. So, we decided to go. We were not going to wait anymore. And asked for our bill. When she came back. She apologized for the BIG error. She also said that the home will cover the bill for the 3 coffees. The 1st waitress never showed up...to explain. It's sad this had happened to us for the first time there. Because it was highly recommended. All they need to do is oriente their staff and BE aware of their tables and costumes. I love this place it's a hipster bakery and restaurant. You get gourmet breakfast gourmet coffee and high class food. The place is in a little corner in the mountains you will not expect such quality of service and food. The food is great and the service is excellent! Young servers excellent service!
