The island is full of history dating back to the 1800s, the scenery is incredible, and the locals couldn't have been friendlier. After spending the day exploring, we worked up an appetite and stumbled across ICHI Hibachi. Let me tell you they understood the assignment! Back home, we've been to our fair share of hibachi restaurants where somehow the bill is huge, but the portions are tiny and you're wondering if you should stop for a burger afterward. Not here. ICHI Hibachi delivered: Huge portions Fresh, flavorful food Perfectly cooked steak and shrimp Sushi that disappeared faster than my Father's Day dessert Friendly, attentive service from start to finish By the end of the meal, we were stuffed, happy, and already talking about coming back.
