I just had their 10 pc. fish Lenten special for $18.99. Each fish piece was approx. the size of a Chicken McNugget. Over-priced in my opinion & greasy. After eating I've spent the last several hours running to the bathroom, it went right thru me. The fish was very tasty and there was plenty of fries. Overall, I would not return for this special. Small store front in Strongsville. I ordered a chicken shawarma and grape leaves. Both were very delicious and assembled in front of you. I really love the grape leaves. The shawarma had pickles, potatoes and a garlic sauce added to the wrap. I got some spicy tahini sauce for dipping - good tahini flavor with a bit of heat. Friendly staff quickly assembled my meal. Good, fast-casual Mediterranean fare. Small shop, set-up mostly for take-out but they do have a few windowsill barstool seats if you wanna plop down and get your grub on. The concept is that of Chipotle...start off with your desired meal type (wrap, bowl, salad) then add a base, then proteins and finally toppings and sauces. There are also a few side dishes you can add to the order as well as a soda fountain. I ordered a bowl and it was piled to overflowing out the top edge. So many items you can add, there are basically an unlimited number of combinations you can make! My combo of rice, hummus, grilled seasoned chicken, veggies and a garlic tahini sauce made for a very appetizing and filling meal. This spot would be a great, quick stop for the many business in the Foltz Industrial complex and surrounding areas. Hope they do great! read more

Greeted by a friendly employee who offered me recommendations. I got a rice, hummus and kafta bowl with dolmas on the side, as well as a berry/apple cider vinegar drink. Would not recommend dining in here if you are with a group, as seating is very limited and restricted to a countertop with stools. I think this restaurant could afford to move to a location with room for seating, since their food is quite good. read more

Very very good. As others have said, it's the Chipoltle of Mediterranean. This is primarily takeout. There are 6 bar stools at a ledge by the window, but that's it. Came in for lunch and asked for a salad with chicken and other stuff on it. It was very good! Also got an order of hummus with veggies and falafel with cucumber sauce. Both were equally good. Service was attentive and fast. Would come back again when I'm in the mood for fresh fast food. read more

This was my first visit to Fusion Mediterranean. September 1, 2022. I have just returned from a Mediterranean cruise and was seeking all the food-related locations around Strongsville. When we went no other customers were there, but there were 5 employees eager to work. One woman went through all the options. we built our bowls like a Chipotle. Here's where I went wrong. The grilled mushrooms, onions, and potatoes, are delicious- but not on a salad. I would put those in a wrap. By the time we drove back to work (central Strongsville) potatoes were cold and everything fell apart. I did like the food, however, I was missing (the crunch factor) I wish there were Pita chips on the side. Speaking of sides- most sides are an extra $1.50. Reminds me of the '80s when blue cheese was an extra .50. **Last week 9/14, we tried again, I left the hot items off. I received half a bowl. I always go at least 3 times to a new restaurant. i'm sorry to give a negative review. i've ordered a few times from Fusion since they opened and always loved it. however, recently they made some "additions" to their menu and apparently made some changes to their online ordering system. my wife has never been a fan but i've always loved it. again, recently changes were made and in the past you could build a wrap/bowl with several options. now you pick a bowl and your customization options are regular, spicy or no tahini. no rice, no potatoes and even if you ask for no tomatoes (or whatever) they choose to give you extra tomatoes. sadly, i'll be in no hurry to order again. while i love the falafel and the fusion dressing, there's no reason to give my money to a company where i can no longer order the food i want. read more

Fusion is a new place in the middle of a shopping strip but don't let that deter you. The food was very good and the staff was welcoming and kind. There's not a lot of indoor seating, and while I was there, most people opted for carry out. Their concept is similar to Chipotle - pick a bowl or wrap and then your proteins and toppings - but Mediterranean ingredients. I had a bowl with steak, hummus, romaine lettuce, grilled mushrooms, seasoned rice, pickled turnips, and cucumber yogurt. I also got a side of hummus and seasoned chips. The star of my bowl were the mushrooms. They were perfectly tender and delicious. The steak was cooked very nicely and wasn't too fatty like it often is at Chipotle. Everything was fresh and the right temperature. They have a cooler with a few bottled drinks as well as a fountain drink station. I would like to come back and try the falafel as well as the chicken. After such a savory and delicious meal I was wanting something sweet like a cookie or baklava, and maybe they'll add this later? I feel like my husband would really like this place too so we will be back. Go try it! read more

This place is great! I love that everything is so freshly made and the portion size is good. The staff is friendly and the cost is a good value for what you get I think. It's my go-to when my schedule is a little crazier than I'd like and don't have time to make lunch or dinner. Plus there's pickled goodies to go on top! YUM! Reminds me of Brassica if you've been there, except better and less expensive. read more
