My biggest regret is not coming sooner to Fusion. I am an avid runner and had minor injuries and unfortunate pain as a result. Dr. Petrone does a full assessment, goes into detail regarding the root and origin of the pain and advises on how to treat it. He is so knowledgeable, yet really personable so you feel at ease and trust him. Almost instantly I feel relieved and free of pain leaving the office after being seen. In addition, the rest staff at Fusion are just wonderful and lovely. The ultrasound techs are professional and gentle and the front desk reception is really accommodating and just so pleasant. They take all precautions necessary regarding Covid very seriously. Your temperature is taken and hand sanitizer given upon entering the area of service. It is evident how clean and cautious they are just entering the small lobby. Really impressed. I highly recommend Fusion. read more

I have a bad neck from a car accident many years ago. I've been coming here for a while to get adjustments when it acts up. Unfortunately the new Chiropractor couldn't even get close to performing the adjustment to get it to crack. It really seemed like she didn't have a clue as to what she was doing. read more

Without going in to a lot of detail this place just doesn't care about you! They only care about the money, car accident patients and great reviews. the more patients they can squeeze in the better with zero regard to quality care. Love this place! My 14yo daughter fell down the stairs and got a small cut on her head. Went to the ER for a full work up (CT, X-rays, etc) and thankfully no concussion. Shortly after she started getting headaches and reported that the whole top of her head was uncomfortable 24 hours a day. Headaches got worse to the point where she ended up back in the ER for pain meds. We saw a neurologist and a cranial sacral therapist and both were not helpful. Then, went to fusion. They first did magnetic therapy, then ultrasound and then adjustment. In an instant her lingering headache was gone! The office was very inviting (front desk lady nonstop smiling), the doctor was very reassuring and the prices were very reasonable. After my initial review I received a few emails from the company. They explained that I had caught the therapist on a very bad day. She was heartbroken over losing a beloved dog. I felt horrible for her grief and loss and for my review. They offered me a refund which I declined and offered me a chance to come back for another massage. It is very clear they really care about customer service and that I was there on an off day. I also wanted to add that the office is very modern, clean, offers cookies in the waiting area and has some amazing massage chairs you can use while you wait. I came here on a Saturday afternoon with crippling lower back pain. Upon arrival Taylor greeted my mother and I with a warm, welcoming smile. She got us in the waiting room massage chairs, amazing! Shaquilla (I spelt her name wrong, I'm sorry) was AMAZING. Her hands are God's gift to earth. She was super kind, polite and very personable. She can truly be the sole reason why I return BUT luckily everything here is out of this world Maddie, the stretch specialist was beyond kind and informative as to what stretches would help best with my pain and just being overall very exceptional. I went to this office based on the Yelp reviews. Big mistake- their initial adjustment did absolutely nothing to relieve any pain and afterwards they were going to send me to an urgent care center to have xrays taken. A good chiropractic clinic has their own X-ray equipment on premises. So I went to a different chiropractic clinic on a friends recommendation and the very first thing the Dr said was "I don't make any adjustments or diagnosis without taking X-rays first." As it well should be!!! I would have given them 1 star but they were nice and had a very nice waiting room- but the chiropractic care is not very good at all. I recommend only going where they do X-rays first before they touch you, unless you just had them taken at your primary Doctor. read more

A very strange experience.. the first few times my husband and I went to Dr Michael everything was great. This most recent time everything was not. It was not Dr Michael we saw and they did not explain why, and the new doctor did not introduce himself. The adjustment itself was very strange, no real adjusting and very rushed. In and out in under 5 minutes. No explaination of what he was adjusting just very odd. Upon payment, the receptionist alerted me they do not provide change for cash payments which is fine had I known prior and could have made arrangements. There's is no signage for no cash payments just strange again. Over all we will not be back and do not recommend. With so many chiropractic offices in the area you do not need to settle. Any of the other services were also never explained or offered, I think they do facials in the back too. Again, very very strange. read more

I really like a business/manager that wants to please it's customers. After my last review, the GM, Kent, reached out to me wanting to know how my massage could've been better, and how they could become a 5 star place. He offered a discounted massage to try them out again. Since we live in Texas (& visit Delray about 6 times a year), it wasn't until now that we could make it back in. My husband had a regular hour massage & I had another prenatal massage. We started in massage chairs while we waited (didn't have that the first time around!). There a few doctors offices that are ever written about on Yelp. I imagine that for the most part, there is a great amount of negativity towards chiropractic spas on here. This is the outlier. This is the place you go to brighten your day. I was in a car accident a few weeks ago. The day after it happened the leading chiropractor himself picked me up. The service has been undeniably amazing. I am treated like a prince here. Each morning I am offered coffee, a plethora of different cookie options are available to me, in addition to different fruit fusion waters. This is not your average "I'm going to sit in the waiting room and look at a magazine I don't care about" offices. The staff up front is kind, the service swift, and the doctors are super helpful.
