It also goes without saying, how accommodating and polite they are. I'm not always the best with keeping up with his grooming visits, so when my Tucker doesn't see people regularly, he generally is a nervous little guy. When we go in to the shop, he is not never scared nor is he shaking or anxious when I pick him up. He's happy and smells so good. I won't use anyone else (unless they decide to close shop). The breeder, another vet, and I had previously posted his ears without issue. But this vet caused visible damage--fur peeled off both ears, and Caesar was clearly in pain. When I asked how this happened, the vet admitted Caesar's ears were fine when he arrived. Yet he refused to take responsibility, saying "It'll grow back." He removed the tape in the back room, worsening the damage. When I expressed my outrage, he focused on my tone instead of Caesar's suffering. He threatened to call the police and sue me when I said I'd post about it. The police confirmed I wasn't trespassed and could return. I won't. If you care about your pets, avoid this clinic. The vet's ego came before compassion, and my puppy paid the price.

I had a very disappointing experience this morning at The Paw Spa, LLC. I was doing a favor for a…read morefriend by dropping off her dog for a 9:30 AM appointment. I arrived around 9:25 AM, having never been to this location before. I don't own pets myself. When I pulled up, I honestly thought the place was abandoned. The building is very small and resembles a converted shed, which was already a little off-putting. Around 9:27, I saw three people exit their cars and go inside the gated area. I followed shortly after with the dog, but when I tried the door, it was locked. I knocked, assuming maybe they just hadn't unlocked it yet since the appointment was for 9:30. At exactly 9:30, someone came out, flipped the sign to "open," and I entered with the dog. I greeted them with a "Good morning," but was immediately met with a rude and aggressive attitude. One of the women told me, very harshly, that I should never knock on the door again because they were inside grooming. I was shocked and confused. I had no idea. Then she snapped, "Can you shut the door? We have air conditioning." At this point I was irritated and honestly felt very disrespected, but I kept my composure since I was doing this on behalf of a friend. When they saw the dog, they started acting strange and commenting that he didn't look like the photo. Another woman came over and asked his name, what services he was supposed to receive, and requested proof of rabies vaccination, which I sent via text as instructed. Overall, my experience here was unwelcoming, uncomfortable, and honestly, disgusting. I don't know if the treatment I received had anything to do with my appearance or race, but I couldn't shake the feeling that I wasn't being treated with the same respect as others might have been. The woman with the dark hair in a ponytail was especially rude and needs a serious attitude adjustment. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was astounding. No one should be treated this way, pet owner or not.

I told the groomer I'd like to give him a good trim for the summer because he was starting to look like a little fuzzy bear cub. The girls at the front were very sweet and greeted my dog and chatted with me when I came to drop him off. I felt very comfortable leaving my fuzz ball with them! I knew he'd be in good hands! They offer other services for a little bit of a charge but all in all I think they're reasonably priced compared to other places. Although, it was a pretty pricey first time visit that required me to pay for shots he didn't have and a fecal exam, which is why I gave 4 stars (not from around here maybe this is a common practice!) But they are upfront with all the costs and there are no surprises! Hopefully he was a good boy for everyone!

We moved from Alaska So our lucy girl was in the backseat of a 4 runner with a toddler from Alaska through Canada, Washington, Idaho Montana the Dakotas, Illinois Iowa Missouri Kentucky Tennessee and GA, 13 days and 14 nights!!!! So.... After all that Lucy deserved a good long relaxing bath, nail trim and MORE! . She was so good we had to spoil her with some of the delicious treats from their buffet! (After all she was in the backseat with an 18month old the whole time!) I called at 1:30 and they were able to get us in for a bath the same day at 2pm because of a cancellation, I have to say that this place is amazing! We have seen and been to so many places. This one is Epic!!! The girl at the front Brittany is amazing! My 2 year old daughter was running around crazy in the store grabbing everything and Brittany was just so sweet, kind and understanding (it was pouring rain, I didn't have an umbrella and didn't want to take my baby out in the rain) so we hung out in the shop until the rain settled and that's when Brittany told me that all the dog treats are human grade, they're literally safe for kids to eat Incase one of your littles grabs one thinking it's a cookie!! No need to call poison control because they're made with all natural ingredients, that blew me away! I literally felt like I was there talking to a friend, not an employee at a store, which made me feel so much better since I didn't know any one here or anything about the place!! We made this our monthly groomer, once a month we go in for a bath, nail trim and anal glands if she needs it ($45) My lucy has always been so calm and relaxed when she is done with her bath there! At other places I could always tell when they've just stuck her in a cage and not paid attention to her (PetSmart&Petco) because she comes home all crazy and worked up, plus I have to drag her through the front door when we go back, but not here, here at Woof gang she will run straight through the door, jump up and love on all the employees and they always give her so much love back!!!
