Firstly the wrong doors were made resulting in a long delay while the second set were made. Secondly the wrong... Read more colour wood was used for the interior which I ended up settling for but not ideal to have to settle when you are spending over £2k on bespoke wardrobes. Thirdly, there were a number of discrepancies between the plans and the actual wardrobes built (i.e. we had asked for a curtain recess which was included on the plan but the guy who came out to fit the wardrobes said that wasnt physically possible with the type of doors we had). Finally two of the new doors were warped and had to be remade (you guessed it....more delays). I was hoping that once the fitting was completed the wardrobes would be fine but unfortunately not. In only 10 short months we've had at least 5 faults. Currently waiting for someone from the showroom to call me back because one of the doors is stuck and won't open at all. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
