Great job!! They were so helpful at their beautiful showroom. Mary the owner is a pleasure to work with as well as her designer,Marcus. Delivery team was great, Zach was professional and even the designer came out to install and ensure everything was beautiful!

    Lazy movers

Not only did we get overpriced on the bed frame and bed, we'll never be able to move or sell it, we trusted the movers to follow the building instructions and build our bed we even paid a lot extra but they completely butchered our bed. It broke on the first ounce of pressure, looking back at it they never followed the instructions. We're devastated on the loss of money we went through just for this bed to break because of the construction THEY DID AND BUTCHERED. I want answers and solutions.

The Owner and Sales team say one thing when it's another. They said multiple times table isn't afraid of liquid. Evidence of the lie.

We were wondering around Midtown looking for a latte for my husband when we stumbled upon this…read moreplace. It's located two store fronts down from Zocalo next to the Wine Bar. I've been here a few times and wondered if they were still in business and there, they were. They haven't changed a bit. They are tastefully decorated in living room sets that are retro. We are shopping for a love seat so my husband sat in all of them hoping to find one. He liked the red minimalist one the most. The only thing is it looks like it might fold out to a futon, but it doesn't and we really need one for when my mother in law comes to visit and other visitors. They have so many items that I kept pointing to and saying "We used to have one of these." The most memorial items were the Pyrex, which my parents still have and a rotary phone which my parents still have just in case the electricity goes out. They also have the push button one and my parents have one of those too. My parents request to keep their land line and just have the local plan which they use to call their friends. They are afraid the power will go out and they won't be able to call anyone for help. And the power does go out in the winter on a regular basis where they live so this is really good for them. The new phones all use electricity. This shop also has lots of cases of jewelry and their broaches were on display on a mine mannequin. They were very sparkly, but I didn't have the time to really browse as the furniture took up most of my time. As we were finishing up my husband made the comment that he really needs to bring his sister and her husband here as she loves these types of store. They are planning on visiting so we'll be taking her here and to Zocalo too as shopping bring on a appetite.

Sure, everything looks beautiful when you're browsing. Clean lines, trendy tones, the kind of…read moreaesthetic that whispers, "I have my life together." But once that sleek $2,000 couch gets to your living room and starts sinking like a sad bean bag after three uses, the illusion fades fast. The quality? Absolute doo doo butt. There's no other way to put it. Cushions collapse, joints wobble, wood scratches if you even think about using it. And don't bother reaching out for support, they vanish faster than your paycheck on West Elm's website. It's like customer service gets beamed into another dimension the moment your card is charged. In this economy, where every dollar counts, the fact that West Elm charges luxury prices for furniture that feels like it's held together by vibes and wood glue is wild. Even if you have money to spend, that doesn't mean you should be throwing it at furniture that won't last a year. You deserve better than wobbly chairs and flakey finishes. At the end of the day, West Elm is all style, no substance. If you want furniture that holds up to actual life and not just your Instagram feed - look elsewhere.
