I would highly advise people to not go to this business. We don't typically leave bad reviews, normally good reviews but this one experience was pretty bad. We were in search for a sectional couch and the gentleman who helped us, was indeed helpful at the beginning, somewhat throughout, however in the end when it came to true colors, they definitely showed. We chose a couch, and the gentleman told us to put down a deposit. Understandably, we asked how much and he said $600. So, we put down $600 on the couch. We go back a week later and explained that the couch won't work for us due to measurements and we need to choose another one. He said no problem ! Sales people can really get you to trust them and it sucks when they lie. We ended up picking a couch. Long story short, we didn't end up getting the couch ordered, 3 months later, we go to cancel the order and they said there are no refunds. We explained we did not receive our couch yet and did not want to wait any longer. Still, he said no refunds. You'll have to wait for the couch. I asked him how much is the required deposit. He said about 10%. Which what he had us put down for the couch was 40%. We asked for the other 30% back. Again, he stated there are no refunds. We did a charge back on our account and luckily got the funds back however we really want to share the experience as others might not be so lucky as you only have about 100 days or something to do a charge back and win. This business is very shady. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Well, maybe I would so they can get screwed over by this business. It's no wonder they only have 2 star average. Service was great with huge showroom with much to choose from, but where this place really shines in my opinion is the most bang for your buck in livingroom inventory. The rug selection was also much better than most comparable places I tried before opting for this one. Very cordial and attentive staff. One of my items was delayed and they were honest and transparen of exactly when it would arrive, which is much better than others when they just won't be straifht with you. Furniture Time does not stand by their product. The only positive I can share is the price, but you get what you pay for. I purchased a love seat which was great for 3 weeks. The back came apart and after many calls to Furniture Time employees, I was told I could return it and get store credit. My other option was to return it, wait for the manufacturer to fix it, then go back to the store and pick it up. I do not have a way to transport it. Furniture Time would not pick it up or send anyone out to fix it. They also did not follow through on a video call (I waited for over an hour) they had set up the call to better look at the couch-even though I had sent several pictures. The salespeople are pushy and BE CAREFUL when if you sign anything, they will stamp it AFTER you sign it about their no refund policy. I purchased a bed with a sealy mattress and I was told it has a 10 year warrenty i contacted sealy to see what I had to do to use my warrenty and was told to contact furniture time. So I contacted them and was told if I didn't have the recipt then my warrenty was void from furniture time. My mattress is sagging down more then 2 inches and that is unnexceptable in 2 to 3 years I gave them my information from snap fiance to find my Info and the tell me they only do paper they don't do anything electronic to find my purchase I don't understand the point of providing a service and doing everything on paper I will never shop here nor recommend this furniture place to any one again please do your self a favor and go somewhere else not worth the hassle read more

Not only did we get overpriced on the bed frame and bed, we'll never be able to move or sell it, we trusted the movers to follow the building instructions and build our bed we even paid a lot extra but they completely butchered our bed. It broke on the first ounce of pressure, looking back at it they never followed the instructions. Do Not BUY FROM THEM. I Honestly do not recommend them at all. You should go else where. It's fault advertisement here. They lie to you about the factory standards regarding the product they sell, as long as you'll buy the furniture they'll say and do anything. After that you won't be able to return the furniture and would have a lot of issues. We had 3 requirements when purchasing a table from them. 1. For it not to be afraid of liquid. (We asked them more then 10 times, they said it's not afraid of liquid) 2. For it to be sturdy 3. For it to be new no damage. First table arrives with a chip on it. We wanted a refund because we are buying a new table ( seller said they can get a replacement so we agreed.) 2nd table arives, good, but was missing an item which isn't a big deal seller can provide it. ( They gave us a very hard time with that. They did try to tell us that it's in the box and in the end it ended up being in the back of the store) But this table also came with the factory sticker on it, which seller forgot to remove this time. The sticker was saying how this table is very afraid of liquid spills plus how its afraid of hot and cold. We came for a refund. And they start saying that they never told us that it's not afraid of liquid and started making stuff up. Wouldn't give us a refund for a false advertisement and lie. Makes you wonder what else they lying about material, quality, where its made from, real material or fake, new, used, or return, etc... My recommendation is do not go here. Don't waste your Time, Money, Health, and Peace on these people. Go to another place where they would respect you, tell you the truth, will be honest with you, and if they make a mistake they'll own it. These guys were great. They gave my friend an incredible deal on a leather sofa and love seat combo. They gave us the information strait up. The set we were looking at was part leather where you sat and part synthetic like on the back. You could see a slight difference if you looked closely at the materials. It was nice to know the real deal on the product. They didn't keep trying to push stuff on us that we were not interested in like the 2 other stores we had visited earlier. I got my mattress from here. It was so great to find a place that had things in stock and could be delivered that week! I bought a bed set here..... seemed to be a fair price and sales lady said she'd even through a nightstand in for free....... upon reviewing the receipt she did not throw the night stand in for free if we buy a mattress to. On delivery we did not receive 2nd nightstand. After 2 weeks we call. Tony calls my boyfriend a liar saying we received both nightstand I call 5x and no one answers. No one gives us straight answer on Saturday we walk in to confront them face to face an ALLLL the sudden they say oh we hVe the nightstand..... Our experience with Furniture Time started off really good until we were unsatisfied with our purchase. Paul seemed really nice until we wanted to exchange our purchase. We paid in full over $1600.00 in cash and our trade was $1799.00 Paul stated we had an restocking fee of 25% which he stated was $300.00 which to us wasn't fair. We tried to look at other options that would make it a square deal but Paul kept staying the restock fee like we were trying to cheat him out of money when our swap was $1700.00 plus tax and our additional night stand was higher than the previous purchase by $50.00. So we still purchased the higher priced furniture while Paul kept saying we were cheating him and he was giving us a deal . So with the additional purchase we ended up spending $1905.00 vs. $1495.00 after adding the additional $265.00 restock fee. We are happy with the swapp but not the additional purchase price that doesn't include an additional night stand. We will make one more purchase which will be the additional night stand but will take our business elsewhere. We feel we where lied to and we feel like we were told one thing then when it became time to fulfill on the promise we where screwed. Simply because we got the floor model instead of one never touched but we had to pay a restock fee. read more
