Long painful story short, we paid them a year and half ago to make and install a custom shade for a property in Cape Coral. I made the mistake of paying before the job was completed because I tend to be over trusting and because the owner assured me that she would make things right. She has not. First installation date, they forgot to install the wooden slats. They came to fix, but when they left the shade would not open or close. (See pics) We were assured they would return to fix it, but never have. I'm only in town part time, which she knew and again assured me not to worry, that she would fit me in. Not so. I've left messages with no return calls. Our house manager has made several attempts to get them there, but then they ignore calls or say they need to check schedule and they'll call back, but never do. Pretty frustrating to pay for a custom window treatment with expensive fabric and then your guests will have to use a towel taped to the window for privacy.
