Worst delivery experience ever. Waited over 3 weeks delay after delay. Kitchen set had one chair damaged. Remains to be seen what they will for that since we didn't notice until the were gone. We believe it would have fit or as I said could been assembled in place. (Pa id for delivery too) and there was none of that . For waiting so long and the outrageous prices we could have had it custom built in place by now. Now we have to fight for our money back. Never again. Having the most ridiculous and frustrating experience with getting a sofa for new apartment. Delivery was scheduled for today, which was a big part in why we got this sofa to begin with (we would not have got it if we couldn't get it for several weeks, we just moved in and have literally nowhere to sit in our apartment except a kitchen table and no other furniture). I called just to check in and see when they might be coming, only for the guy to very nonchalantly say that they weren't doing any deliveries. Huh?? He goes on to say that their entire delivery team just quit and they should have it figured out in the next couple of weeks. WEEKS??? Literally unacceptable. This is a completely them issue which they should figure something out to resolve, whether that's contracting out to a delivery service or something--that's on them. They gave me no other information and basically said "if you want to come pick it up you can." Obviously, I needed it delivered or I would have just picked it up in the first place... My boyfriend is on a work trip and I am one girl in one tiny car. Total lack of respect for their customers and their money. I ordered two pieces over Labor Day weekend during their big promotion that they said would be in within a week to 10 days. What they failed to mention is that their delivery is scheduling out another week to 10 days. Then my items have taken 3 weeks to actually arrive and tack on another 10 days for delivery, this is ridiculous. Too cheap to hire the correct number of delivery people and buy the right number of trucks to actually deliver the items I paid for a month ago. This is exactly why people order from Wayfair and other online companies. Same crappy press board furniture but it actually arrives in a couple of days. I also can't stand it that only the salesperson who originally sold you your items can help you when you call in. The salespeople answer the phone and if they tell you your salesperson is busy with another customer, they expect you to hang up and wait for that person to call you back. Um no, I have a representative from the company I purchased an item from on the phone and I have an issue. Don't answer the phone if you aren't prepared to help customers with issues. I don't know how much more obvious it is that they work on commission and feel no desire to waste even a minute of their time helping someone that didn't pay them. read more

My son and his wife ordered a bunk bed with additional trundle bed. They picked it up and assembled it themselves. Upon assembly completion (there were multiple boxes), they noticed that the trundle bed was missing. Upon calling the store, an employee informed him that since they had failed to provide it to him, they had put it back in the warehouse. I went to pick it up for them. At first, the employee wasn't going to give it to me because I hadn't called ahead and because their "system was down". When I expressed my displeasure, she asked another employee and he knew exactly what trundle bed I was referring to and went to get it. When he left the area, I again expressed my displeasure that they hadn't called to inform my son that the trundle box was not given to him. Her response was "People make mistakes". My response to her was that not giving him the trundle was a mistake. Not calling him to inform him of the mistake and simply putting it back in stock instead was bad business. Apparently, she didn't want to hear it. She turned on her heel and moved to a desk in another part of the store. read more

cember 25, 2019 I went to great lengths to get this ottoman because I loved it so much. It wasn't sold in my area and had to call the Denver store to buy it. And while it's quite a bit of money for an ottoman I figured it would be a piece of furniture I would have for years, like all of the furniture I have bought from Furniture Row. My house is full of Furniture Row furniture. Five couches or love seats and a few chairs. All have been great and I didn't see any reason this one would be different. One day I noticed that it was wobbly when I put my feet up. Turned it over and noticed some screws were loose and one of the welds on the leg was broken. Called the store and there is nothing they will do about it. My receipt from the Denver store only says that it was to be delivered to me by late October 2018 but it was late and I don't know the correct date. I called the Peoria Il store the end of November or the first part of December 2019 and they said I was too late. Personally I think $700 is pretty high for a piece of furniture that won't last more than a year. I used to recommend Furniture Row to anyone that would listen. Now? I'm going to have to think about that. After I left this review on their website, they left a comment saying they were reaching out to me by email. We appreciate that you padded the original expectancy date to cover yourselves, but we just can't be happy about another month wait.....who would be? It took forever to find the bed we chose from you.....it best matches our dressers. To go through the process all over again to choose something else seems futile and time consuming. And based on your explanation of the worldwide problems, we might end up in the same boat. So we will wait...... read more

I ordered a swivel rocker chair, took almost three weeks to get here. They called said it was in. When I got there to pick up on Wednesday, they had no one in receiving to load out and only seen one sales person to help. Then was told if it wasn't out where I could get it have to wait till Friday to pick up. Luckily it was but I had to load out myself. read more

I have only positive things to say about this place. Aside from the obvious--great furniture selection and generous pricing--I had a pleasant experience with the salespeople and manager. They went out of their way to help us find something that we could confidently invest in for our home. The furniture quality is outstanding, the price is right, delivery is timely, financing is a wonderfully simple process, and the people here are knowledgeable! Most awful experience I have had - and it is continuing. Went to buy a bedroom set. The first lady, Donna, ordered the wrong items. I got home and she called and said she fixed it. It wasn't fixed. She ordered the wrong items again. I called and spoke to the manager, Chris, and he "fixed it" to only find out it was wrong again. 4th time, he got it right. Mind you, they were putting things on my credit card, taking it off, adding, etc....THEN, on delivery day, only 1 piece came...out of an entire bedroom set. I called, spoke to Alec. He said they made a mistake, all items were at their store and should have been together but they didn't put all items to be delivered on the order. They would send out the delivery truck again, with all my pieces. They did. But the bed was missing a piece and a pretty important one. I called Alec and was told it would be taken care of. We are now 2+ months into this debacle. I am missing the middle BED SUPPORT. I received a $100 certificate to the place because of the amount I spent. I didn't want to go back, but I couldn't let $100 go to waste. I bought 3 bar stools on a Saturday. They only had two built and said that next Tuesday, the other stool was to be put together and they would call me. No call. 2 weeks went by and I called there and was told it will be ready to pick up in 2 days. I decided to ask about the missing bed piece. I was told that MONDAY (this past week) they were going to deliver my missing bed piece and would bring me the stool that was put together for me so I didn't have to drive out there. Well, no delivery. I called yesterday and was told they made a mistake and had it as "pick up" instead of delivery. They apologized again. I am supposed to get my missing items this Saturday....we shall see. I can understand mistakes -- but this is laughable. Alec agreed this was horrible but it only continues. I do not recommend buying anything from this place unless you are ok with poor service. I paid quite a bit of money for this bedroom set and am extremely disappointed in the "service". read more

The reviews on Google.com about this company are horrible. Oh how I wished I would have "googled" this company first. We were misquoted a price but we loved the furniture so much that we went with the higher price, BIG MISTAKE. We are now in about our seventh month of usage and it is a piece of crap for the lack of a better descriptive. The furniture is sagging already. We paid well over $2,000 for a living room set. I think that is a lot of money for cheap furniture. I did not expect high end but I expected moderate. Moderate doesn't fall apart in less than a year. We purchased our massage recliner 3 years ago. Unfortunately our dog ate part of the power pack cord just after our extended warranty expired! I contacted the manufacturer to see if they could replace our cord. The chair has been discontinued and they were not able to find what we needed. I contacted the store and spoke with Diana the Manager and explained what we needed. It took a little time but she was able to locate exactly the piece we needed. I was gifted with several Parsons chairs as a surprise from my daughter and her family in California in September. I'm very happy with but decided that I needed a new table to match. I went to the store, was promptly helped and ordered a table and another chair. I had to wait around 2 weeks and then received a phone call to check if today would be ok. They call just before noon and said they wold be here in !0 minutes and they were prompt. My experience with the salesman and the delivery men couldn't have been better. read more

Wow. Probably the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with a company that I am giving business to. After receiving a box containing damaged furniture, which I returned to the store within an hour of buying, the response was "I don't know what to tell you, guy." Seriously? Great customer service. After making trips back and forth with the damaged piece we had another piece ordered, we got another truck and picked it up..sure enough there was a big gouge through the wood. Interestingly it was not in a box and loaded directly onto the truck without a chance for inspection. Probably my fault for not questioning the integrity of the place after all that. After we turned around and dropped the item back off, we decided that we would no longer play these games with this place. After spending over 400 dollars on a child's bed we were offered 50 dollars at the very end. That would have come close to covering the cost of the rented truck but certainly doesn't change the fact that I am now stuck with something that should have been on the damaged showroom floor. I hope that this review can somehow keep someone from making the same mistake I did. Bottom line, I am stuck with a wooden furniture piece with a huge gouge out of the front. Rather than continue the nonsense, I am simply done dealing with them and I hope that this doesn't reflect the company as a whole. read more
