They were so hands on without being pushy, even playing ball with the kids while we were browsing. They stayed late helping us put order together so much so Vincent might have even been a bit late for his anniversary dinner waiting on us, like WOW! Do you think you'd get that type of service at a box furniture store? They suggested having our sectional custom made to exactly the size, color and material we wanted. The price was very reasonable to me as well! I will give an update once we receive our order and enjoy sitting on it in the house. The sectional we purchased was hand made here in the US which is great to keep someone here in the UNITED STATES employed!!! They have promised delivery in less than 2 weeks, can you believe that? I can't cause my previous Ashley purchase took at least 4 weeks to be delivered and it was sent piece by piece. We also selected a large dining room set and will be heading back in a week or so for an additional bedroom set including a new mattress set and who knows what else... like that deep blue love seat that detaches that I kept staring at, all know is we'll be going back! Finally I came across Nulife Chairs & inquired of having a conversion done on my chair. After sending some pictures to Lerry at Nulife he let me know that the conversion definitely could be done & at a very reasonable cost. Being that I was in their service area (they in Palmdale & me in Pasadena area). They would send a technician out to my location to carry out the conversion! Not only did I get a technician but it ended up to be Oscar who is the owner of the company. He literally was able to do the job in under 30 minutes, even bringing some replacement parts that needed replacement on my chair. Was even able to show me a few functions of the chair that I was not aware of! I most definitely would recommend this company. Thanks Oscar & Lerry!
