We bought a sleeper sofa prior to a move and specifically asked the new salesperson if the sofa would be returnable. He said we'd have 72 hours to return it. I asked the question several times to confirm and his answer was always "72 hours". Well, as you would guess, the sofa was "final sale" and it came damaged AND they wouldn't take it back. And when you try and work with them to fix the problem, they tell you they'll call or email you back, but they don't. Instead they lie. This has been one of the worst CS cases I've ever had to deal with. NEVER AGAIN will we EVER purchase or even consider anything with the Ashley label. READ THE FINE-PRINT every thing is non-returnable.

We had a sofa delivered and assembled and the delivery crew scratched and damaged our brand new floors we just had installed a month ago. Furthermore, when they slid the couch across the room, they took a chunk out of one of the legs. They FaceTimed their supervisor who took a look at the damage and said, "sorry." She told me to get a quote from our installer to fix the four planks that were damaged and she would call me the following day. I never heard from her even after waiting a week and Ashley refused to give me the company's name or contact info which is extremely shady. We reached out to Ashley who said if they don't make this right we will discount the sofa to compensate and will send a tech out to fix the sofa leg damage. We never heard back from them. We reached out 2 more times and actually got a call back this morning. They offered a measly $50 for the floor damage, which doesn't even cover the cost of one box of planks let alone the labor cost. God forbid their "third party delivery company" damages anyone else's home because Ashley only cares about making the sale and nothing after.

After checking out a couple stores that weren't on the map, I finally officially started this event with Mustard Seed. I was instantly greeted by the most stunning smile. I am going to assume she was the owner. She had a vibe about her that screamed boss! She greeted me, had me sign up for a drawing and offered me some licorice. I adore that kind of kindness! Kindness like that can't be made up. That was pure, genuine, wholesome kindness she was showing. I knew I was meant to be here having that kind of soul touch mine. We exchanged a small conversation and started my way through this epic store. Everything, I mean everything was beautifully staged and decorated. It was all gorgeous from front to back. I fell in love with everything about this store. I appreciate how patriotic it is, how faith based they are and how eclectic it is from country core to shabby chic to rustic. You can find anything here to fit in your home. I fell in love with an antique teapot and a vintage floral plate. While I was walking around and holding the teapot, a sweet gal that was working offered to put the teapot at the register for me. I appreciated it, I love touching and seeing things so to have my hands free was great! There were so many pieces that I wanted! I loved all the decor for memorial day and upcoming 4th. Nothing is more beautiful than the colors of our country. The wooden crosses that were beautifully crafted. The word faith spelled out in the bin of Scrabble pieces. There were some frames and pictures that were for sale that totally caught my eye. I know I'm going to have shoppers regret tonight when I'm home thinking about them.
