So sad I even have to write this about a company. So, over many years of loyal service and thousands upon thousands of dollars paid to this accounting firm by my father and his company, it's beyond disappointing -- it's disgraceful -- how they've treated my family when we needed them most. My mother has been trying to get help with questions regarding her 2025 taxes, and not only has she received zero communication, but not one person from the firm has had the courtesy or basic professionalism to return a single phone call oto her -- or to me. This isn't just about numbers or forms. This is about respect, integrity, and honoring long-standing relationships. Apparently, once the checks stop rolling in, the decency stops too. What a sad, unprofessional, and frankly despicable way to treat a family. It's clear now that for them, it was always just about the money. Nothing more. Shame on you. read more
