I administer medication, including Insulin. My home is on a dead end street. I have a very large fenced in back yard, I have discounts for more then one dog, as well as more then one weeks stay. I also do day care I am opened for this from 8 AM to 9 PM. Over night stays may drop off same hours unless special circumstance.I have many references, including a local vet. Was going there sincetge early 2000's and always saw my dog right away if needed. 2+ years ago my dog started coughing real bad, called them was told can't be seen for 2 weeks, immediately called anither vet and they saw him immediately, turns out was his heart, they put him on pills and he is still with me at 13, if I had waited for 2 weeks with the Animal Clinic he would not be here today. Even one of their best vets left as all the corporation cared about is $$ and have vet do unnecessary tests. AVOID the Animal Clinic, go elsewhere. I was looking forward to leaving my dog at Camp Bow Wow and I was hoping it would be a positive…read moreexperience. I left him there but tried to monitor him. The cameras were aimed so it left a lot of the outdoor play area out of view. When my dog came into view he was trying to get away from a group of three dogs who were following him around and he was intimidated by them. When I picked my dog up I told a staff member of my concerns. I was told to just bring him back a few more times and he will become more comfortable. I didn't like that answer and have not been back. Dogs intimidated my dog. Nobody intervened. My dog was out of camera view for most of his stay. The response I received isn't acceptable.
