I can tell they spend quality time with my pets and follow the extra steps to correctly administer medication. They are also very neat and tidy, I don't come home to any dirty petfood dishes and the house is always locked up securely. The sitter even remembers to put the garbage bin out, which I always forget to do! We will definitely continue using and recommending this service to others in the area.

Her communication is on point! She sends texts after each visit to update you and even leaves a checklist with days, times, what was done, etc... You will never wonder how your animals are doing with them in her care. My older cat has to have medication and Kathy administers it with a loving touch and ease. My other two cats are still kittens and need to be worn out. Kathy always spends a little extra time with them to make sure they get some love, attention and exercise. I was surprised when they took my credit card for payment while I was still in the exam room! Wow, that made my decision to not go back. I have 15 cats. I need to trust a Veterinarian with them, so I need to be trusted to pay at the desk when I leave. Oh, the ladies at the desk were wonderful, very friendly and sweethearts.

They were filthy when I picked them up and they reeked of urine... 4.. their bedding was soaked with urine...claimed they knocked over water as they were leaving...when I questioned why the blankets were soaking wet with urine I was told "oh,if we had known we would have washed them...and yes they smelled them and acknowledged it was urine... 5. Bathed them as soon as I got home and they had several ticks on them! Don't they spray areas to prevent that???I know I do.... I am soooo disappointed with them....i now really question their care....i realize it was a holiday weekend,but this is unacceptable!!
