Very much looking forward to our next class - After a pretty tough few months as a 1st time parent, it was so nice to be able to go somewhere like Gymboree and do new, fun things together as a bonding experience with our Daughter. To summarise; I loved it & definitely recommend checking this place out

We recently hosted our twin daughters' third birthday party at Urban Jungle Play, and it was such a…read moregreat experience from start to finish. The space itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed -- plenty of room for both kids and adults to enjoy comfortably. The play area kept all the children entertained, with a wide variety of toys, games, and activities suitable for different ages (from babies to toddlers to young kids).   The venue handled all of the themed décor as part of the package we selected, which made things so easy for us. Everything -- from the tableware and balloons to the banners -- looked amazing, and many parents commented that they couldn't believe the venue took care of it all! The room where the kids had their lunch was especially adorable. It was such a relief to be able to just show up and enjoy the day without having to stress about setup or decorations. I also really appreciated the well-structured itinerary. The flow of the party worked perfectly, and it was great that the kids could go back to the play area after eating -- it helped keep the energy and excitement going.   While the party was a bit on the pricier side (understandably, there are taxes, service fees/gratuity and credit card charges on top of the base package), I still felt it was a good value given what was included. Food for both kids and adults was covered, and after researching many local venues, Urban Jungle Play offered the most at this price point. I also appreciated that they're flexible about allowing outside food and drinks, which not all venues permit.   Lastly, a special shoutout to Gaurav, who was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the process. He quickly resolved any small issues that came up and made sure everything ran smoothly -- a great example of top-notch customer service.   Overall, our daughters and all their friends had an absolute blast, and we left feeling so happy with our choice. I'd highly recommend Urban Jungle Play to any parents looking for a fun, well-organized, and stress-free venue for a birthday party!

My daughter attended summer camp here for a couple of weeks last summer. All the camp workers here…read moreare high school students who really do not care and barely watch the kids, creating an unsafe environment. My daughter was hurt playing, and was hit by another student because they were not watching. Basically you have kids looking after kids, that's their whole business model. After that we decided no more camp here. Cut to today, I was at the park across the street, Morris sq park, with my small kids 5 and under. Mind you this is a small pocket type park meant for little kids to play. The camp kids at Grit basically took over the whole small park, with hordes of big kids almost in high school, and other kids of varying ages, running around wildly playing soccer, and basically leaving no space for other kids not in the camp to play. They also ran back and forth from Grit by wildly climbing over the fence, and when I told the camp counselor that they should not do that, they brushed me off and basically said it's a public park and they can do whatever they want. Well sure but as a private business utilizing public space for profit, they should be respectful and share space with other kids not in the camp. Basically nothing has changed here, and the camper kids use this time with little to no supervision to run wild and be disrespectful. I urge you to not send your kids here as they will at minimum learn only bad habits and disregard public space, and at worst will hurt them selves badly. And one final note when I told the camp counselor that my daughter had been hurt at the camp, he said verbatim "well sports are risky and people get hurt, that's how you grow". And that sums up their whole philosophy here, so consider that before your kids get hurt.

They are fairly new but you would not be able to tell from their professionalism, preparation and service. They have figured out the formula for keeping kids entertained and making life easy for the adults. They exceeded every expectation we had along the way! We've always had to do our own set-up for parties and came prepared to do so but were pleasantly surprised to have two staff members there, going above and beyond to ensure everything was arranged to our preferences. They made the birthday boy feel special throughout the whole party, ensuring he got to practice batting in a spot where all the parents could cheer him on, letting him lead the charge in glow-in-the dark tag, and having him go first with all of the activities. Several of the parents watched in awe as their kids learned batting techniques and improved their skills in a matter of minutes with proper positioning and guidance from the coaches. I've never seen such energy from a group of kids! They all had a blast from start to finish - so much fun that they barely wanted to pause for birthday cake and didn't want to leave when the party was over! I wanted to be respectful of our allotted time but the staff at Primetime Sports couldn't have been more accommodating and flexible. We're so pleased to have supported a family-owned business and to have introduced them to a new set of baseball-loving kids and their families. Everyone at Primetime Sports made an effort to get to know us and they felt like our own family by the end. They even sent me all of the pictures and videos they took at the party. I would recommend them to anyone looking for baseball-themed activities or simply an indoor space for an event, because I know they will knock it out of the park!

They had amazing games and relay races set up to entertain the kids and I overheard many parents commenting about how this was the least stressful birthday party because they were able to sit back, relax and socialize while all the kids were entertained, safe and having a blast. It was almost hard to get the kids to come over for cake and many of them didn't want to leave when the party was over! The ladies helping with the event piece were amazing. From helping to set-up to serving food, I was impressed by their professionalism and thoughtfulness throughout the event. They even helped us pack up all of our stuff at the end of the party - something they didn't need to do, but they went above and beyond and it was so appreciated.
